Absolutely atrocious management. Don’t waste your time applying here unless you want to waste $20 for an application that will be denied no matter how good of an applicant you are, and don’t believe a word John says. Run far away from this place.

These people are the worse landlords I have ever encountered. Allison is very unprofessional. She has no communication skills what so ever. You can email and text her multiple times and she won’t answer. They tried filing an eviction on us when we were 3 weeks behind on our rent during COVID and they tried saying we didn’t try and communicate with them about it to work something out. This just happen to be during the CDC eviction order was in place and they still tried. John the owner has no idea what is going on with his properties so when he showed up at court he was blind sided. He has so many properties he can’t keep up with them. When you move out they try and scam you out of money by putting the blame on you for damages they didn’t even fix when you move in. John has told us he hasn’t made money on his properties in years... I wonder why... maybe because he keeps paying for court fees to evict people and for small claims and he doesn’t show or doesn’t have valid proof. When you try and stand up for yourself they will rebel against you by finding any way to evict you or to take you to court. The properties are so poorly taken care of. My garage door was being held up by 2x4s. The washer didn’t work for over a month. These people are straight scumlords!

I lived in this complex for 2 years. Landscaping is non-existent. Snow removal efforts are severely lacking and ice becomes dangerous at times. Items in unit were never fixed after over a year of contacting the Property Manager. Speaking of the PM, Allison, is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Office is never open. Nobody answers or returns phone calls. Neighbors had black mold problem in their unit that was just painted over. No remediation whatsoever. Yearly increases can top 6%, which is ridiculous. He ended up renting it for $40 less per month after we moved. Must be a business tycoon! And we paid on time or early every month and took good care or our unit and had zero problems with the neighbors. Very frustrating rental experience. Finally, we were charged for items at move out that they told us specifically not to address. Still received a small portion (25%) of our security deposit back. This owner is the type of person who gives landlords a bad name. Predatory and money hungry, with zero concern for customers. So happy to be free and clear of them. I have been a renter for 15+years in Milwaukee, Chicago and Florida, and this company and management is the worst I have had. STAY AWAY!!

Landlord are currently raising rent during Covid 19 and late fees when they were not allowed to by federal law tell the pandemic is over handed me an eviction notice and told me to be out and then still expects me to pay him rent after he refused it is also telling me and my child to be out at 3 a.m. on a school day and is going after people that are physically and mentally disabled a woman with MS and a woman with crohns disease are being evicted and they have nowhere to go
