I went to make a reservation and the front desk ladies were so nice specially Destiny. She help us and went so patient and kind. I reccomend this place to make your reservation when u need this kind of services. And very reasonable prices!!!! A+

D was amazing and very helpful. Could not have been happy that we got assigned this location just because we got to meet D. He was attentive, friendly, and just made us feel comfortable and very excited for our move! Waited 20 minutes to pick up my reservation at 2PM. Help was great. The only bad thing the Van box leaked.

Storage unit was clean, dry and secure. Lauren the Manager was such a great help. She went above and beyond to explain the entire process. Anthony was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

No doubt staff was accommodating but they over charged me for whatever they felt like. I paid $14 initially for safemove insurance but they charged my card $28. I paid for 20 miles before getting the truck and they charged me twice for that. I used the truck for only 24 miles and they charged my card $130. I would suggest pay them in person and make sure you being charged properly.

The GM Brian was very accommodating. He completely took care of the mess that customer service left me with. This is the second time he serviced my reservation and each time he assured and delivered excellent customer service.Each time I was at the facility he was not only training, but multitasking and providing other customers with good human services. Anthony and Lauren are hands down the kindest and most helpful humans. Got our uhaul from the farmingdale uhaul, drove it off the lot to our house and then to our storage unit and filled the entire truck... only for it to no longer start, key did not turn. We went to the uhaul Babylon as it was the closest to ask for assistance and tried to get roadside out which they still have no arrived 1.5+ hours later. Lauren and Anthony troubleshot everything only to realize that the smudged our key the farmingdale uhaul team gave us was not even for our vehicle. Uhaul Farmingdale experience was a 0/10 - Lauren and Anthony were 10/10

I paid $101 for 60 mile coverage & the guy who gave me the paper work said that if I bring the truck in time & do return online, we will give u $20 back. I did return online when I came back home but instead of giving me $20 back they charge extra $20.Very bad service

AVOID THIS UHAUL. I had reserved a 26ft truck. I got there and was just given the keys and told the truck is outside. I found a 20 ft truck. I went back inside and was told I reserved a 20 ft truck. They then said all they could do was cancel my rental. I didnt have the time to argue so I took the 20 ft and called corporate. Turns out they changed my reservation that morning to a 20 ft truck so they wouldnt lose the reservation. I was given a $50 credit from corporate and told they would request the manager credit me for 1/2 the mileage because I now had to make 2 trips. The next morning I receive a call asking where the truck was. I had returned it to a staff member the night before at 6pm. It seems they never checked it in. A few hours later I received the bill, No credit for mileage, and $10 in charges for a dolly and blankets that I never requested, nor used but they put in the truck. Another call to corporate and even they couldnt believe how many issues there were with this one rental. I am waiting to see if I will be issued a credit or will have to dispute it. If you want a Uhaul go to another location.

Wasted soooo much time

Rented a truck here to haul some furniture between houses. Reserved online in advance although it didnt seem like they had low inventory. Check in process was a bit longer than I would have liked but otherwise smooth and easy.

Always an awesome experience Ryan is always on point and has trained his staff to be the same. I never have any issue getting a trailer when I need one and the process is quick and painless

The service was great

Complete scam artist. I rented a uhaul for a small 25 mile trip . When i returned the starting mileage they wrote down was 38 mile less then what was actually on the odometer. I know this for a fact because i took a picture if the odometer before i left the lot that even has the time attached to the picture. When i showed the owner and spoke with him he told me too bad and i did t get my full deposit back. They took an additonal $38 for no reason.Horrible customer service. I would never go back and recomend no one to ever go to this uhaul.

Slower than slow in there. The kids working there are more interested in listening to hip hop in the parking lot rather than working.Our truck and trailer were on reserve for 3 days prior to the Saturday we reserved it for. Arrived Saturday morning, and no truck..... Had to wait until Sunday, all our plans tossed out the window, 24 hour delay. Go back Sunday morning, and it still took 1/2 hour to get the truck, and another 1/2 hour for them to change a belt on the car trailer. A job an idiot could have done in 10. And to top it all off, they couldnt even back the truck to the trailer, I had to do it for them.

The truck was ready to go truck heaven. They really need to do a better job of maintaing their equipment.

Then when we returned the truck and were owed a credit we were told it couldnt be done because it was Sunday!!! Its worth paying a bit more to go with another company!

I truly need every customer to read this post! Back on Aug 10th 2017 we had a hitch put on by this UHaul. They almost put my car on fire. They wrapped lines around my fluid line and had it on my muffler pipe. The lines had been dragging. We later found out this job was never OCed which was inspected. The General manager, sent a diabled man from New York to Florida with a care that almost went on fire, and no lights blew my vechicles lights. The General manager does not want to take responsbility for what he did, and his boss, which i am not giving name YET, do not assist with answering calls. Thank God we have Videos, and pictures from the Florida Location, that had to fix, it and said they never saw anything ever like what they saw. Hopefully with the FTC and The State Attorney we will be able to get this resolved, since Uhaul does not return calls, when they are called. I urge you customers to please, make sure you know who is doing your work prior to having your vechicle serviced, you do not want to go through what my family went through. OH, last when we called customer service the first time, the rudness we received from Uhaul was beyond understanding. They did not even want to take a complaint. Please beware, hopefully you can find another company to rent from.

If i could give this place -1 stars i would. The manage ryan or brian has blown me off for over a month after they charged me an extra day rental fee and hea never there. The other workers have the education of a middle school student and just point to other workers to answer questions. Go elsewhere!!

I got robbed on the gas return, they gave me at close 1/4 and claim its 1/2, even when I brought it to there attention I still got charge.

Trailer availability is almost never actually true, they were forcing me to provide my credit card over the phone, said they needed to place a hold on my account even though Ive never done that before. Planned on moving saturday, had to wait till MONDAY.
