They are not team players. Upper management only cares about making themselves look good. They do not care for the staff in the lower todem pole, who actually keeps the agency going and are actually working with the clients . They send an email and may say they value the workers, but their actions prove otherwise.

Its nice to see people who really care about helping people.

Im living with Federation Of Organization since November 2015 and theres been alot of changes with staff. Also the staff members that Ive worked with most of them are fakes and they really dont care about the Resisdence who they work with. Also the Executive Director dont care about the resisdents who live in her program because if she did care she would be willing to meet with me since there are problems and the supervisor Kelly Smith is very nasty and has lied to me saying that the agency dont have a certificate of operations license from the state to operate a housing agency which isnt true. Its by law that a housing agency has to have a certificate of operations license from Office Of Mental Health OMH. Also they hired a international specialist to solve issues and the person who they hired is a fake and dont know how to treat people with respect and dignity. Her name is Joelle Dimonte. Nemerous of times she has hurt me and when you approach her about the issues that she dosent realize what she is doing wrong. Ive requsted several times a meeting with the Executive Director Barbara Faron and she dosent want to meet with me. They expect you to pay rent but part of the rent is services that the staff is supposed to help the resisdents out and take them to appointments like I had to go for a colonoscopy and a endoscopy and the staff dosent understand that you have to have someone has to be there because your going to be under anesthesia and they have to see the person who drives u home. So I had to rely on the church to take me.

My name is Morris Levine and Ive been living with Federation Of Organizations supported Housing in Hicksville since November 10,2015 and I now have problems with my housing. My Agency isnt sticking up for me and Im very disappointed in the way there operating. Ive reported nemerous of times to them about one of my roomates dont have foodstamps and there not helping him get it. I had to take him down to get his birth certificate because staff wouldnt do there job. Also when I bring up issues such as my roomate dont buy anything for the house such as paper towels or napkins or dish washing detergent or toilet tissue or laundry detergent to wash his clothes they tell me nothing can be done. Ive reported also that he drinks beer and hes on medication and on AOT which nobody is helping him. Why we pay program fees when staff arent doing there job. Im being taken advantage of. Im fed up and disgusted. What bothers me also they constantly give me misinformation alot of the times. This house was vacant from July of 2015 till November of 2015. Than from November of2015 till March of 2015 I was the only one in the house which I dont understand why it took 4 months for them to get me a roomate. Then when I moved in they never told me who the landlord was or who the oil company was. They dont like for me to call up the oil company. Also one time the CO detector that they had never went off and there was smoke and my roomates smelled something. I called the fire dept and they took a reading. The Carbon Monoxide was triple the number of what it should be. Also on the Switch to the oil burner was not a red switch cover so i replaced it with the proper switch cover. Why didnt maitence know that.
