We have used We Clean LI twice now, once to get our house ready for listing pictures, and now for a deep clean as it was just sold! Each time the service has been a excellent. Scheduling is a little tricky with my odd schedule but they make it work. The cleaners (different crew both times) are prompt, respectful, and extremely thorough. They leave no stone unturned. The prices are very reasonable and they check in before they do anything that may cost extra. We are quite a bit further than we once were but we hope to continue using their services in our new home.

We bought a condo that needed some serious cleaning before moving in. It was very easy to schedule with Ula, and I cant say enough about the ladies who came to clean. Teresa and Celina did a fantastic job throughout the condo, especially with the bathrooms and kitchen appliances. It was such a pleasure to move into a nice, clean home.

My name is Gail and we just bought a new house and the previous owners smoked heavily and they were not clean at all. My daughter found you guys and you responded right away. We had 2 very nice and polite women come and clean the whole basement kitchen and bathroom. They were there for about 2 hours or so and they did a fantastic job. There is no smoke smell down in the basement now and we can finally use our basement!! You made our lives alot easier by doing that for us and we are so appreciative of that. I have been a client of We Clean since 2008. In 11 years I have a maybe 3 different teams Of girls and they all were awesome. The girls are thorough and very detailed. They make it so much easier to maintain my house the rest of the week. Also they work at a fast pace so you can get back into your house within a reasonable amount of time. They are far better then other cleaning companies because they do things like changing linens for no extra cost. I can’t say enough good things !

Honestly I paid more for this company because of all the great reviews. I was looking for a bi weekly cleaning service but was very disappointed after their initial “deep clean” my house is very clean as it is. I ran my finger on the stairs after they left and was shocked to see dust. Which means they didn’t mop the stairs? Laundry room had detergent on the floor. Ran my finger on some of my end tables to find that those weren’t even wiped down. For 215 dollars I expected them to vacuum under the couch? Also requested that they vacuum the couches since I have 2 dogs. And they only did the den and left the living room. Not all mirrors were wiped down. It was a lazy cleaning. I called the owner after they left and she sent them back and they only stayed for 15 mins to clean under the couch. Didn’t even vacuum or mop in the playroom. They were nice girls stayed for 3.5 hours. But what the heck did they do for 3.5 hours?? Such a disappointment

Very good service. They are flexible with whatever specific time and day you need and always arrive on time. Sometimes we do as early as 8am. They come ready to go and always do a good job. All friendly people too from the top down. I recommend giving them a try.

I have never had issue with my cleaning. More often than not they are alone in my house. Have left jewelry/ $$ out in plain sight never problem. They will stay longer to make sure job done.

We have the cleaning service done weekly, the payments are done automatically and I get a reminder always the day before. I always leave them a $10 tip on my kitchen table.
