I have nothing but great things to say about this place and this is the first location ive been to with no regrets.For my first time here, I have gotten their waxing services and the second time was for a facial.My First Encounter :I was a walk in, but they gladly took me in. Especially, the day I came in they were very booked. But, I highly appreciated that they worked with me for a waxing service at this location.Second Encounter :I booked online and when I came in all the ladies working here were so friendly, caring, and helpful with any and all questions I had.So far, I only have great things to say about this location. I highly appreciate the high energy at this place as well!

I go to this EWC location once a month since July of last year. The front desk employees are always polite, kind and very helpful. It’s always very clean and they’ve taken all necessary protocols to make people feel safe and comfortable during these times, I see Courtney for my waxing and she is the best! Makes a wax appointment enjoyable, which is hard to do. Can’t recommend them enough!

This location is super clean, very professional & staff was very sweet. Courtney was awesome and kept me comfortable the entire time. Definitely a 10/10. Will definitely be returning.

I came here for my first Brazilian and omg! Couldn’t be happier, Courtney was such a great professional, she guided me through the whole process, she was very nice and made my first experience much better. I usually come here for eyebrows but now Brazilian will be my second reason. Thanks!

I’ve been going here for more than a year now. The place is always clean, smells good, check in and check out are always smooth. Courtney does my Brazilian wax and she’s amazing!!!! She’s kind, sweet, doesn’t rush and I always feel like I’m hanging out with one of the girls while I’m getting waxed. I would give Courtney 10 stars if I can.

The receptionists were super friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth. Amanda was super nice and with great energy loved her! All the girls do an amazing job. I travel 30 min to come here. Very clean facility. Quality polish that doesnt chip after day one. They use disposable buffers and file. The owner is super sweet to all her clients.

Ana does a wonderful job I cant complain however my first time there, the girl at the front desk were checking out a client & one of the girls asked if she wanted to tip? she responded if she had to? she was told no. So go figure the client didnt tip.When I was checked out I had in mind already about tipping its just the right thing to do. Then a different girl checked me out & just automatically didnt even let me speak said how much are you tipping on the card? you have to tip!Management needs to train them about being professional when it comes to that, you cant just say you have to tip to one person and then the other tell them no you dont. Which one is it? it made me feel really awkward.

Still very new two waxing but after two Brazilians at this location im very happy. Angie does a great job. she is very friendly and knowledgeable. she made sure i wasnt charged for my first visit because the hair wasnt long enough. i will most definitely keep returning .
