Poor people provide poor service! The worst!

After searching around for a waste removal company, I found Winters Bros. - they made my companys move SUPER easy! Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly they were fast! They came and emptied dumpsters and dropped off new ones same-day. I could not have been happier working with them! A+! : )

The best place to dump your garbage.

I hate giving bad reviews but the people who work for this company are 100% so rude. I had called to get a 30 yard dumpster for a home renovation project and upon dropping it off the man driving the truck damaged the sides of my drive way and left the dumpster hanging off my drive way and in the middle of the street and just left. So I called customer service to have them come and see the damage and move the dumpster more in my driveway so I won’t get a fine from the town for the dumpster being in the street and they told me they can’t move it, but someone would come look at the damage. So after telling me they can’t move the dumpster I told them i would like a refund because i just can’t have the dumpster in the way of the road blocking traffic, then the lady on the phone immediately says “oh don’t worry we will send someone right away to come fix the dumpster”. Why couldn’t they send someone to fix it when i initially asked? So i agreed and they came and fixed the dumpster and everything was fine. Then i had the claims guy to deal with who is without a doubt the worst liar and the rudest person. I had gotten in contact with him and he told me he would assess the damage the following day after our phone call which was great, except he never showed. So i gave it a week and then called him and asked him when he would come by and he said he did but no one was home. on the said say my boyfriend, his mother and me we’re all home taking trash from inside the house all day! not once did someone come by and knock on the door or call me and once i explained this he immediately got nasty saying he’s busy and doesn’t have time for this! Wish i just returned the dumpster and went with another company. Save yourselves the trouble and go with a different company.

A complete rip off. Everywhere else is charging between $7-800 for a 30 yarder with yard waste. These scumbags tried to rent me the dumpster for $1200. Disgusting. Especially when we’re in hard times. Colucci carting came in at $700. I recommend them

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Winter brothers bought out east end sanitation company (which was great- never had problems!), and this new company has provided atrocious service. My property is a summer home, and they do not pick up any garbage through most of the winter, and yet they still get paid. I hosted a backyard birthday party at my property this past weekend, and because they considered the amount of garbage to be “bulk”- they took ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!This is unacceptable and unprofessional to come to a home and not provide any service. They didn’t even take the 2 cans full that they would usually take- a limit which the company never informed me of when they first began service at my property. They should have taken SOMETHING! They said a bulk service would cost $5 per bag, and mentioned nothing about including the typical 2 cans. They also were completely unapologetic and provided no other excuse for taking 0 bags of garbage.This past April, Winter Brothers also sent a “new employee” (according to their office) who couldn’t find my garbage container and took nothing. The company fought with me when I called to complain and demand a refund for- again- a lack of service!After this last incident, I had finally had enough. I cancelled with Winter Brothers and their subpar service and thankfully was able to find a company (sunrise sanitation) who is cheaper, and able to send a truck tomorrow and said they would happily take all of my “bulk” trash for no additional cost (provided it isn’t a common occurrence- which it is not!) STAY AWAY FROM WINTER BROTHERS WASTE SYSTEMS!

I have a Winter brothers dumpster in my driveway right now! They are the best in the business, the most affordable, the most friendliest and efficient!! I would recommend them highly to all my friends! 🏆🏆🏆

While I was parked they hit my car and left! Checking the surveillance video and calling the cops they admitted the guilt and promised they would pay! At this point I have to take them to court to get my $. If they offer you to compensate you out of insurance, dont agree. Go through their insurance!

Great customer service. Pricing is so reasonable it was a no brainer to order a dumpster from them. Quick and on time! cant beat that!

Best Experience they take care of all your sanitation needs. I built a new house and used them for about five different dumpster jobs on site. Once the house was built I continued to use 1-800-DUMPSTER for garbage service!

I called winters to have them come and pick up a bunch of trash I put out. They did a fantastic job removing everything from my curb. There was no trash, residue, or mess left behind.

I like how nice the employees are here. The guys who come pick up my trash are respectful.

Got charged an extra $300 for so called extra weight. Never had that charge in the past even for heavier waste with different companies. Dont think will use WinterBrothers again

BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES ! We had called Winter Bros. after Hurricane Sandy - badly in need of a dumpster. Luckily they had one and brought it to us right away. We filled it to the MAX They picked it up and we were told we had an overweight charge due. No problem. Paid it. Then we needed a second smaller dumpster from them. This one was only filled to about half capacity. A few weeks later Iget a bill from Winter Brothers for an overweight charge !! NO WAY COULD THIS DUMPSTER HAVE BEEN OVERWEIGHT! . THEY NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME IT WAS OVERWEIGHT ! HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THEY PULL THIS WITH ?
