They are closed on Saturday. Ups freight is open. Every time I get a package from fedex or FedEx Freight there is a problem. It’s never in time. 5 days for a package from Illinois is just not fast. I ordered a 480 lb bandsaw from California on the same day and it’s already here. This makes no sense.

Order said it would arrive on a Tuesday between 10-5. Never showed up. Called two dozen times over 24 hour period and no answer. Said they would come Wednesday. Never came and said it would show Thursday. Waited at home for 3 days for nothing.
