Not even worth 1 star. I contacted this place, gave them manufacturer, make and model of my lift chair. I was assured they could handle this work. When the tech arrived, he had no idea that I gave the company the information in advance. He could not do anything because he had no parts. He could only write down the manufacturer and model. He said they would call me the next day or monday re parts, warranty and return date to do job. He charged me $185, for coming, and said it would be taken off the $395 fee to fix my chair. This is not a rare old chair, it is a 1 year old Catnapper lift chair. I have been calling them for 15 days. They do not answer the phone, or return my calls. I have never done business with a company this bad.

Very professional, prompt for appointment, clean working, very informative, explaining what was wrong with the chair and whyit needed to be repaired. he had the knowledge to fix it.i would use this company again.

They are awsome. They are so knowledgeable and was able to fix my furniture. Coffee stains disappeared like magic.
