They were exceptional! Diligent, courteous, professional, and trustworthy. They were also kind and respectful to my elderly parents, which I appreciate more than anything.You absolutely cant go wrong.

We had a wonderful experience with all the people we dealt with from Advanced Restoration. After having a major flood, Advanced transformed our basement seamlessly and quickly. Very professional, organized, punctual and clean, all very important to me. Brian was so helpful addressing all our needs and concerns and offering great suggestions that we always took. Billy took care of all our plumbing needs and concerns as if he was working on his own house. Couldnt be happier with their work!

Excellent!! I would highly recommend this company. I found out i had a broken pipe at 10 am. I called them they came by 12 did the restoration cleaned up perfectly, set up fans and humidifier machines. Three days later came back to pick up all equipment. Fast Clean Reliable..

We had an unfortunate fire in our house and I have to say this company went above and beyond in getting our home back together. Living with an elderly parent gave us some challenges. Working directly in partnership with our insurance company they were able to start the job quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. The company staff was caring and clearly explained the process as the restoration was completed. If you are ever in the need of any restoration I would highly recommend this company.

IMPOSSIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! ALL THEY WANTED WAS PAYMENT AND REFUSED TO GIVE A SCHEDULE FOR WHEN THEY WOULD START WORK. THEY NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND CHARLIE WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND OBNOXIOUS.
