I am so impressed with the work TCR builders did and would recommend them to everyone. I contacted them to get an estimate to replace our roof as we had a leak after all of the rain we got in July and August, and we were getting water in our basement as well. Sam and Anderson came and explained the entire process of replacing the roof from start to finish, they answered all of my questions (which I had a lot) and listened to my concerns, especially regarding the water in the basement. Ultimately we decided to replace the roof, replace and bring the fascia board out an additional inch or so, and replace the back gutters with a larger 6 inch gutter. Their quote for the roof was inline with other quotes I had received, but what really set them apart for me was the time they took to explain everything and listen to my concerns and come up with a solution. Literally no other company came close to the attention and service TCR provided.TCR was also excellent at communicating the status of our project. Our project was rescheduled because of rain, but they gave me several options including starting earlier in the week or starting the following week, which I really appreciated. The day our project started Carlos and Anderson were in constant contact with me to explain everything as the project progressed, and answer any of the questions I had along the way. Carlos had excellent attention to detail, and made several recommendations during the project. Their crew was excellent and left everything very clean once they were finished. They even took the time to go around with a magnet and pick up any nails that may have accidentally fallen.Honestly I would recommend TCR to everyone needing a home project done! My new roof came out great and everyone I spoke to within the company was extremely professional, the communication from start to finish was great, and you can tell everyone, from the back office staff to the installation crew, really cares about their customers. Sam and his crew did an amazing job. From installing my new siding to creating a beautiful portico that went with design of the house. Very honest and trustworthy. His crew also did little side projects that made all the difference in the world that many other companies would have never touched. His attention to detail and finishing the job in a timely manner was the best. Sam and team are utmost professionals. From the estimate to the end of the project, they were honest, professional and easy to work with. Andersen, the Project Manager was on site 2-3 times a day to ensure everything went smooth and to review open items with us. The team had to work in unbelievable heat and never missed a day of work! I cannot remember when we had such a great experience with home improvement. We highly recommend them.

Sam transformed my house. The siding I had was outdated cedar with woodpeckers attacking it every morning. Sam presented some beautiful siding choices. TCR works fast clean and professional. We had our roof done as well as installed new skylights through TCR Builders and were very impressed with Sams professionalism and approach. Following the completion of the work we noticed a minor leak in the roof (as all roofs only truly get tested once it rains) which Sam fixed within 24 hours. TCR Builders went above and beyond when it comes to quality of work. They are always available to answer questions and walk you through and make you comfortable with a job that you have no idea about. With a description and reason for everything they provided a proposal on our commercial property to extend the life of the roof. They were not the cheapest but they were definitely the most caring, punctual, and informative. A few other roofers just sent as an estimate saying that this is what needs to be done. How do you expect me to make a decision like that?? After they nailed all of our concerns and the job was approved, they were available within a week to start the project. In the 3 days that they were there the only time we felt like construction was going on was when we saw their trucks outside. Thank you so much to the whole crew. Definitely call them if you need maintenance. They will be far more detailed than other roofer.

Thanks, TCR Builders. This is my third time using this company. I manage an apartment complex, and the roof was replaced completely 5 years ago. Its clear at this point that the old contractor didnt do a great job, but TCR Builders comes in every time and takes care of the issue. Their quality and precision is excellent, and they will keep you updated and work with your schedule. They always make sure that the work stays on schedule. They are very fairly priced and know how to be a great balance of professional and friendly.

We needed our roof done and was shopping around and sam was the first one to call. He showed up on the same day and looked around and gave us an estimate he explain everything to us and what was wrong with our roof.
