Took my son for the first time. The lady was rushing and accidentally my son mouth got full of hair. Asked for tissue to clean it. The lady told me they do not have any tissue. This place is highly discriminating different races, as a public health professional; will never recommend this location to anyone for safety reasons. Will not be going back.

Took my daughter there for the first time, the price for a kids cut wasnt cheep. Her hair looked pretty good but when we got home I noticed they missed a small section of hair, I had to cut it myself. I think they rush things to get to as many people as possible. I wont be going back.

The West Babylon location is the best. I go back and forth between Lori and Ann Marie, both of them excellent stylists. They listen and are caring. Salon itself is always clean.

Went to this super cuts with ny niece and sister in law. DONNA was great. The other three girls who could not be bothered helping DONNA get dye to do my hair, truly need a class in customer service. You have two girls with a half hour to leave could not be bothered to mix a dye for DONNA, who gracefully offered to do a touch up dye for me. Then you get this other one walk in and just grab any old customer while DONNA is saying she has a dye job here. What is wrong with people today. Zero class. I feel bad for DONNA who was extremely professional. That’s ok I am a big tipper because I believe on showing people their worth in their work. Not my loss.

This is my usual place however I dont get my hair cut very often (maybe twice a year) however you should really warn your customers when you have a stylist fresh out of cosmetology school. I asked for the Rachel haircut from friends, left with a straight Bob with slight angles and wispy bangs. No layers, uneven pieces in front that fall longer (by a good inch) then any hair on my head. She was a sweet lady who meant well but if you dont know how to do the cut then please say so. Good thing hair grows but I will be more careful when it comes to who cuts my hair next time. #lessonlearned

Worst haircut I ever got. Won’t be going back

I arrived mid day, and I was attended to immediately.I didnt really have a good idea of what haircut would work with my head shape, so I left it up to my stylist.I ended up with a really sharp looking haircut that got a lot of compliments from coworkers and my wife!I dont recall my stylists name, but she was fantastic.

The funky colored-hair woman (forgot her name, sorry, starts with a C?) listens very well, and gives good cuts.

Since I havent had a haircut in over 20 years, I will give my wifes experience. Her experience is very. Hard to keep track of her favorite stylist as their hours/days constantly changing.

I went to Melissa (first chair on the right) who looked at a pic of how I used to wear my hair and was able to do the same exact thing for me. She was phenomenal. Friendly, outgoing and professional. She did my hair and it didnt cost me a fortune. I will be going back in the future as I was extremely happy with the outcome.

Brought my daughter for a trim of bangs and the hairstylist chopped her hair. It looked like my daughter tried to cut it. They charged us 7 dollars and let her leave looking awful. I had to immediately take her to another salon to try and correct the problem!! Do not recommend!!!!😤

I’m giving a one because they are way over priced and was never that happy with my sons haircut... they charge around 17 to cut my 5 year olds hair and it’s never even.. I’ve been there a few times hoping it would be better because it is convenient to just walk in but nope, never a great haircut!!! You could get much better cuts and blowouts for a lot cheaper !!!!!

Ive been going here for years and never had a problem melissa, Vicky, and cara are the best there they are always nice and never rush you. I came in one time with a bad haircut and melissa was able to not only fix it she fixed all the problems in my hair that no one else could I definitely would recommend going here !

First time I went there was great, second time the woman cut my hair for 5 minutes and stated she was done. Only 1 good hair dresser there, wouldnt go again though.
