Wow guys . I booked an appointment here after bringing my car to our regular mechanic . The a/c was running warm and told I needed a shot of 1234 coolant. My mechanic didn’t have the machine . When I called I hit the prompt for the service specialist . I told them what my mechanic had told me what was needed . I was asked if I would be staying, I told them I would . I arrived a little early for and 8:45 appointment . I went in to talk to the service specialist Who asks me if I would be staying . I explained I had told them at the time of making the appointment I would . She told me it would take at least 2 hours to diagnose the car .Why wasn’t I told this by the service specialist before? She said that maybe I spoke to a cashier . I explained I hit a prompt for a specialist .I would have made arrangements to drop off the vehicle instead of camping there for a day I had made other appointments for the afternoonThe lack of communication is incredible. It would be best for you everyone if you would be upfront .

I have been using Babylon Honda for many years. In May, I had $1000 work of work on my car. Part of this service was a new battery for $200. The battery had a three year warranty. The battery died on Tuesday. I had to get it jumped through my insurance. I called Babylon Honda telling them that my battery died and I just had it fixed by them in May. I told him I got my car jumped and was going to bring it down to them because it is under warranty. They told me they couldn’t put a new battery in until next week. I told him I could not go a week without my car because I needed it for work and I was going on vacation. They told me there was nothing that they could do. I asked to speak to the service manager and I was told that The customer service rep I was talking to had already spoken to him and he wouldn’t tell me differently. I had my husband call back to speak to them and they gave him the runaround. He told them that we already got it jumped and wanted to bring it down and would leave it in the parking lot and when they had a chance they could jump the car and then put a new battery into it. They told him they wouldn’t get to it until next week. I had to take my car down to AutoZone where it took them 15 minutes to put in a new battery. Yes all it took was 15 minutes so why Babylon Honda couldn’t do that for me I don’t know. What should’ve been a free battery at Honda because it was only 2 1/2 months old I had to pay $200 so that I can get to work. I will never use Babylon Honda again.

Came here for a fuel pump recall on my 2020 Insight. Upon pick up of my car I noticed a foul fuel odor smell. I went back in and spoke to the manager Fenix and he brushed it off saying it would go away and didnt take me serious. After about a week the smell didnt go away and I know exactly what this terrible mechanic did. He changed out the fuel pump, then used his gasoline covered gloves to put the back seat back on. I had to get my back seat soaked in baking soda and vinegar for a few days and then I had to shampoo it to remove the smell. I will never be coming here again. You should focus on doing a good job instead of getting recalls in and out the door!

Terrible service. Made an early appointment for a simple service to be done and they took 45 minutes to even see me, were told they needed to inspect the entire car because we were wrong about what needed to be done. They kept the car overnight because they “didn’t have the time” to look at it, so two days later and the car is still not fixed. When I try to reach out to them it takes several attempts, but when they do answer they’re very rude, blunt, and sound like they simply don’t care.Don’t go to this service center if you can avoid them!!!

My vehicle was brought in for a recall which did get repaired but now my car will need a wheel allignment which was good prior to the repair. I called the service advisor Kasandra multiple times and couldnt get in contact with her. I also left a message with the receptionist and no call back. Very disappointed in babylon honda service department.

Terrible, I had a 10 am appointment for a recall on my HRV to update the software which was an hour and a half job. I opted to wait for the car, I waited 5 hours with my checking a couple of times for a status on the job and was told theyre working on it. Seems their laptop kept crashing, it would have been nice to keep me informed, also no apology for the long delay. New Babylon Honda is owned by Atlantic.

Its impossible to get a hold of anybody. They take down info for your service advisor to call you back once theyre free but out of the dozen or so times theyve said that, Ive only been called back once or twice.

New lease. 1st year. This is my 3rd lease. This is the first time I was charged for tire rotation. And the chairs in the waiting room look bad. The pads are shedding apart.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I brought in a 2017 honda accord coupe for a headlight assembly replacement at 8AM (which Honda covered because it was a faulty headlight) the service advisor told me the job would take 2 hrs (he also stated that they were busy) so I added another 2 hrs since they were busy…. Its now 12 the women who answered the phone spoke to “my service advisor” and she told me that the car wouldn’t be done till the end of the day… NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS SERVICE CENTER.

Horrible wait times . I had an 11am appointment and waited 45 mins to check in on a Saturday. . I understand it’s a busy day but they only had 2 slow men checking in cars . Really only one the other guy just acted busy but clearly could see he was not . I don’t blame them I blame management. Hire more people . Never coming back EVER !

If you go there go oil change that’s totally fine (you can find more cheap places to do this). If you have some serious problem - don’t use they service. My display in car can shut down while I’m driving. So I go to this location. They keep my car for 3 days and in the end guy said me that they just disconnect battery and wait. 3 days I pay for Uber to get to work I call them every day and ask how it goes. Every day I herd same answer - we working on it trying to find the problem. WORKING!!! Result - still have same problem. Useless service, waist time and money.

The salesman are corrupt and crooked. I went to take my vehicle for expection today and was told that I had to pay for an inspection fee eventho I was told when I purchased the vehicle the I wouldnt have to pay as long as I own it. They said that they will take it for inspection for no charge and came back and said that they have changed the third light brake bulb without my permission but when I had taken a look there was no change at all. And then the salesman proceeded to threaten to rip of the inspection sticker and fail the inspection.

I financed a used odyssey.Within one year the ENTIRE REAR END NEEDED REPLACINGits almost as if they put some junk brakes, tires and suspension before selling it. Honestly my tires are dryrotting out on a 1 year old family van. Youd expect a certified pre-owned to have undergone a proper inspection... These guys must be joking. Classic stealership tactics here.The only reason the get one star is for their seats,.,.get comfy! Youll be waiting FOREVER! HAHAHA

My car was fixed and in good time which I appreciated. However I am very displeased with the phone customer service and how my grievance was handled in person by a supervisor in named Donna. I was told over the phone that I would receive a loaner car for the day and to work the details out with the rep who was handling my service repair. I commuted all the way from the city because I needed prompt service to the car and this was the only service center available early in the week. I was told by the phone rep that I would have a loaner car for the day and anticipated getting one upon my arrival at Babylon Honda. When I arrived, I was told by my service rep that it was untrue and there was no loaner vehicle available. This left me stranded and I had to find another means to get back to work in the city which cost me unexpected money and time to secure transportation back to work. Later on When I came to pick up my car, I asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue and a lady named Donna came by. She seemed in a rush and very unwilling to respond to my complaint. I asked if there was anyway I could receive a discount for my unexpected travel expenses that were due to a customer service error and was swiftly told no and to “be thankful my car was fixed” This was not an error on my end and as a paying customer I should have been better attended to. I was disappointed in the service as I had planned to speak to the sales rep about possibly purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my old one. After this quality of service and lack of attentiveness to my concern, I will take my money elsewhere and purchase a new vehicle from a more reputable Honda dealer. I am grateful for my car being repaired but would have certainly considered making a vehicle purchase had the quality and accuracy of customer service been better.

I drove by today for an oil change. Line was in the street. I decided to do it myself. I’ve been handy with cars more than 40 years. The last oil change I had Honda do it. The tech must of been mad at me for using a non OEM oil filter. So he tightened the filter so tight I needed a breaker bar to free it. It was so tight no way other than a deliberate action caused it. Unfortunately with vindictive techs like this I won’t be able to return there. Not for service not for vehicle upgrade.

BEWARE! They are only honest when the car is under warranty and their prices are astronomical for repairs. In 2018 I brought my car in for an inspection and they quoted 2000 to get the front end replaced. Got the job done for 1/3 from a local mechanic. Today I brought my car in for an inspection and they want $1500 for tires and rear brakes and I am not convinced that there was anything wrong with the rear tires. They hold air and have almost full thread. They told me that my rear brakes are locked causing tire damage. B.S. how would I not know if my brakes were locked and wouldn’t locked breaks cause a flat spot on the tire? I took my car out and will have it inspected by an honest mechanic that will charge true prices. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had an appointment at 7:45 am. After going over car issues I was asked if I would wait or leave. I had no ride due to Covid. I told Steve Ferchak I would wait. He said it may take several hours. I asked how long to which he said 2-3 hours. But I will get the car in the back and will talk to you shortly if it will be longer. I waited. After 3 hours I had to go find him myself. He said they were still trying to diagnose. I was still patient at this point but asked how much longer- he said he would go check and come tell me in a few minutes. Another hour later and I speak to the cashier who was friendly and helpful. She tells me she will find out. Tells me that Steve will come talk to me in a few minutes so I hang on. Another hour passes by. All of the customers are angry as many have also been there for since 8 am and no information. A lady comes in to say that many cars are ready but there are not enough people to help. Why did they take so many customers if they are short? Why did they take walk- ins? Only 4 people to diagnose issues but taking so many people doesn’t make sense! I get told to go in the back and Steve tells me the issues with my car. It’s now 2 and I’m told they will Finish my work on the car. I don’t get out of there till 3:30. I would have gone home. Steve said I told you it would take a few hours- I said yes- 2-3. This was almost 8 hours. With no updates. Another customer left at 7 hours when her light issue was still not worked on. I understand during Covid things may be difficult- but I should have been told he was short of hep and it would have been best to keep me updated. I could have done home. Very disappointed

A pretty nice and modern service center, staff seemed friendly and straightforward. The one glaring issue which Ive never seen at a dealership service center is that they dont have a car wash or as it was explained to me it is built, but the town wont let them use it. I would expect them to partnership with a local car wash to offer it to customers at least.

I brought my car in on a Saturday to fix a dent on my 30 day old new lease and was told I would hear back with information by Tuesday. I also was given the okay to make this appt. on a Saturday when I didn’t know my car needed to be sent over to another place to get fixed and these appts. were to be made during the week, no one instructed me on this. I called Monday and was told someone would call me back, no one did. I called Tuesday and was told again someone would call me back, no one did again. I called Wednesday and spoke with Ashley and she was the only person who actually helped me and called back when she said she was going too. My claim had to be turned over from one employee to another because the gentleman, Mr. Ferchak never once contacted me. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown at the Babylon Service Department. I was waiting around for days before anyone told me what was going on with my vehicle. I have brought my car into the Bethpage Service Department with prior leases and always was up to date on the situation. I’d like to thank Ashley for her assistance.

UPDATE**I have been contacted 3 seperate times asking how my experience was, until this moment-no feedback***After waiting 4 hours to determine why my alarm continues to sound for no reason I was told it its the key fob (a very common answer when you research on line). Purchased new key, and my alarm is still going off. After returning to the service center I was told maybe I should leave it for a few days so they can hear it happen 🤷‍♀️. No resolution, another customer caught the service techs attention and he walked away. I will NEVER return to this location.

I wanted to give Babylon Honda service five stars because I realize the owner only responds to 5 STAR ratings instead of addressing the issues. After an oil change the paperwork says that they checked all fluids. Apparently they check the fluids but dont refill them. Any other oil change place Ive gone to have topped off all fluids .One day after an oil change my coolant bottle was empty, power steering below minimum and brake fluid below Max. My wife was told earlier in February that there was a power steering leak but they gave her the van back without adding any fluid. The level have not moved since. Even after another oil change yesterday still no fluid added. I guess they want to make sure the pump goes bad.

Absolutely dissapointed every time I come. I had to miss my fitting for my wedding dress because the four hour time buffer I had left wasnt enough.

Came in for taillight bulb replacement, valet inspected the car and handed a tag to take inside to a service agent. I was notified of a pending recall which was covered at no-cost. Waiting room is more spacious than most service centers, two televisions, full of separate faux-leather chairs and a snack area. Downsides include having to hear the receptionist call people every minute, service agents yelling into the room after a vehicle is ready, at least a 1 hour wait time for even simple tasks and therefore paying a bit more for labor. For a service center, one of the cleanest experiences around.

The absolute worse service center I have ever scene, I brought my car ( a Honda civic lease with under 10, 000 miles on it )in with a low battery problem and showed the problem to the intake tech, which he clearly saw and agreed on. After they took it in the back, they said that the car had nothing wrong with it. They argued with me about it when I pointed them to the intake clerk, my request was ignored. I left. Recently my under plastic shroud came loose after a snow storm. I did very minimal basic snow driving, nothing out of the ordinary. Having had a plowing business I know how to drive in the snow. I brought it in, was told they just dont come loose, was charged. Then I received a letter in the mail asking how my car was doing after getting it fixed from hitting a snow bank ? I did not hit any snow bank, They wrote that in their report. I am insulted to say the least. I also watched there spiel to a older woman with no money in the waiting area how she desperately needed 4, 000 in work. It was all basic maintenance she could have gotten done at a regular mechanic for a 3rd of the price, I felt so bad but didnt get involved. Im disgusted THE WORST EVER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We went to Babylon Honda for an oil change on 8/31/19. In addition to the oil change, they perform their regular 15 point inspection. While doing this, they damaged the plastic piece on the side of my passenger side dash board. One of the clips that holds it together was broken off. My husband went back and told them what happened and he returned with the piece attached using double sided tape.I went back today explaining that I want the piece replaced and I waited an hour for them to tell me they need to order the part. Get your act together Babylon Honda! I dont bring my vehicle to you to have it coming back like border patrol ripped through it!**Update:While I was never informed the part was received, I called back two weeks later and was told it was in. We took our vehicle back and they replaced the part they damaged free of charge.

Went in at 7:30am for an oil change, after two hours of waiting a representative came out of the garage and told me I needed to replace my break pads immediately or else I would cause serious damage to my rotors. Walked out and got a second opinion, my breaks are good for another few thousand miles. Beware of vicious up-selling.

Terrible customer service experience. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone on the whereabouts of my car for 24 hours, which was kept overnight without consulting me first. I either got a answering machine (I left multiple mesages) or a busy signal. After being left in the dark and unable to contact anyone for so long, I finally had no choice but to physically show up asking to take my car back so I could go elsewhere. Then I was threatened that I couldn’t take my car back unless I paid the diagnostic fee. After going back and forth, I felt like I was left with no choice but to pay to have my car repairs completed. I needed my car and it would have cost just as much anywhere else, and taken longer. I was given the email of management, so I wrote a letter about my experience. Email was rejected. Finally, a week and FOUR different rejected emails later, I was given a email that went through. I haven’t heard anything back. For a certified Honda center, this place is completely unprofessional. No one knows the email of the manager? What a joke.P.s. I see that other people on here have complained about Steve who was also my service guy. Maybe this line of work isn’t for him. I feel bad calling him out, but I paid almost $500 to get my car fixed, I deserved better treatment.

Scheduled service for a recall on my 2 door black civic. I scheduled it thru the Honda App. I scheduled shuttle service too, as this location provides it per the app and per other customers i know who have gone to this location for service. I received a text yesterday confirming my 7:45am appointment today. I got there at 7:20am. Sat with a rep, gave her the info, she pulled up my information in the computer. She said they dont have shuttle service, due to a switch in ownership. Hmmm, ok. She said someone can drive me to my job and take my car back to service however the work that needed to be done would take about an hour, so i said id wait. I went down to the waiting room. 3 minutes later the same rep came to me and said her boss said the machine that is used for the repair/recall is not in service at the moment (remember, i scheduled this and got a confirmation). I said fine. She said shed have the car brought around. I waited. And waited. And i saw a guy bring the red 4 door civic that had pulled up behind me when i first got there. A few minutes later another rep came up to me, keys in his hand, saying my car was outside. I said those are not my keys and that is not my car. Away he went. i asked another rep where my car was, he said hed look, then disappeared. The guy with the keys appeared again, with my paperwork confirming that i was the name on the paperwork. I said yes, but again, that is NOT my car. He walks away. I wait some more. Other customers are looking at me. I go back to the rep area and some other rep asks if she can help me. I replied i just want my car, it was here for service that cannot be done and now my car cant be found. The rep who had helped me initially came in and said oh did u get your car and i said no, thats the wrong car, then SHE looks at my paperwork and says are you.....? and i said YES BUT THAT IS NOT MY CAR. She got snippy and said shed find it and not to worry just to wait. I already had waited/wasted 40 minutes at this point, for service i never received. I go back to the waiting room and watch as two guys in the parking lot are looking at each other and scratching their heads. They came in and asked me if the red car was mine. I said NO it is NOT. Someone else then came out and said they mixed my car up with the girl who was behind me on the service line. She then turns around and i say to her youll be here a while. Then i asked the honda guys, how do you mix up a RED 4 DOOR CIVIC with a BLACK 2 DOOR CIVIC????. absolutely unacceptable service. i already have a case # to complain to Honda Corp.

My wife has Had good experiences with service until recently. They give a break down with service needs and such, 3 months ago everything was green on their eval and fine. Go in for a NYS inspection last week, suddenly things went from green to red (green is good yellow is approaching/will soon need attention, red needs attention) and the refused to pass inspection and it needed a break job. 1500 miles going from green to red? I get the feeling they scammed my wife. She questioned them and they blamed it on a phantom technician that is no longer with them. We truly feel scammed.

Very clean. Friendly Staff. But $100 plus dollars to swap out a cabin and air filter?! Then have the nerve to tell me that it is the “sale price”!! Shame on management for allowing such gouging! After my oil change I went to advance auto parts and bought both filters for $40 and installed them myself IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES!

I had my car serviced here for the last 2 or 3 months. Honda service technicians are supposed to be experts on identifying issues and I felt a sense of safety knowing that my car was in the best hands. The prices are kinda steep but it’s an added comfort knowing that they use genuine parts. Yesterday when I went in to check on my TPMS light that came on and the service person who helped me was horrible. Horrible to the point where I will no longer service my car at this location. He was demeaning and condescending. I felt humiliated when he told me that he have never heard of the tires I had on my car, and the place where I purchased it probably didn’t know what they were doing when installing it. I told him that I would come back in the morning but they will never, ever see me again.

Forget about trying to call to get status of the repair - the call is either sent to voicemail, placed on indefinite hold, or sent to another extension that doesn’t pick up.My unpleasant experience is very similar to the other negative reviews. This just shows that there is a pattern of poor service. Sad!

Came for routine oil change and got there 15 minutes past my scheduled time and noticed quite an impending wait however, due to my associate I was out of there in under an hour. Was very pleased and greatful for that.

Pleasant and clean the young men took my van inThe next guy explained from minute to humungous details about my Honda OdysseyThe waiting room large, plenty of seating, clean, private waiting room, bathrooms and tea and or coffee to st your luxuryI slept the entire 3 hours and nobody robbed me, lol

Shady practices. Staff that lie to you. I couldnt open the rear tailgate on my 1 year old HR-V.....brought it to them. Sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and the service rep. called my name. He then proceeded to out and out lie to me that my car had rear end accident damage that was repaired and I would have to pay for diagnostics and parts. The car was never in an accident and a Carfax report would support this as well as a certified auto body expert. They will not honor your factory 3 yr/36,000mile warranty. To fabricate a lie and then tell you to your face only tells the customer that you are full of sh*t and cant be trusted. Do not trust them! I even posted my experience on Facebook and was amazed to learn that others were told the same BS story about their near new car having been in an accident and repaired. What dishonesty. I recommend Atlantic Honda in Bay Shore if you want real service.

My favorite is Fenix & also the female service advisors. All these folks are kind, courteous & knowledgeable. But Fenix is simply amazing.He has been working in the auto industry since he was very young & his experience shows. He is also not very hard to look at lol....Amazing personality & kindness.And the waiting room is sooo comfortable!!!Update: Fenix was off today so my Service Advisor was Brian. So Fenix has competition now LOL! Brian is extremely kind, courteous & knowledgeable....

This place is rip off, took my car to get a diagnose, they charged me $130, they said it was my starter (car was having issues when starting the enfine) they said theyll fix it for only $840. Obviously I said no thank you and paid for the diagnose, got myself a starter, hired a mechanic to have it installed and guess what? Car still didnt start, turns out, my car had a battery from 2011 that needed to be replaced. Called back at Honda and they said : oh thats too bad, its the computers fault, sorry about that. It we will not refund your money for our bad diagnose.

Dont even get me started on them! Always comes back something is wrong. Brought it in for the air bag recall and they said my brake fluid needed to be replaced, even tho I just had it flushed out two days before!!! Never saw someone backtrack that fast. Terrible!

Pretty bad customer service. Will keep you waiting for hours with no updates. Staff is pretty rude and inconsiderate. Charge twice than a regular place. I Will never set foot here again.

This is the worse honda service center ever, theres this one worker in the service area named Steve that by no means should he be working inthe customer service industry, hes totally rude, disrespectful, miserable and condescending. Im trying to resolve an issue with my car and hes telling me a customer, well you dont like it take your car and leave.!!!! What type of business ethics is that? I hope that people will read this review and refrain from ever going to this service center.

Efficient workplace but high labor cost. For example installing a new battery is $130. Meanwhile removal and replacement of a battery takes no more than 10min.

They claim they fix stuff and when you get your vehicle back, they dont show you what they fix and my experience i checked what they claimed they fixed all they did was clean it off. Worse dealership.

Frauds and rip-offs, stay away!! They lie about work you need to do, just because it’s on the Honda service schedule, even if you did the work elsewhere. They will say your engine oil, coolant, etc., are dirty, even if you JUST had them replaced somewhere else. Their “red” warnings on needed service don’t even match up with other Honda service centers. They are stealing from you. Beware.
