They never figured out how to fix our truck! They ensured us they were completely able to fix the vehicle. Josh, Steve, and Bob are total liars!I should have listened to the reviews. This Place is a complete disaster.

Terrible knowledge in diesel motors! Steve, Bob and some other guy i think his name was Josh TOTALLY LIED to our family business. They were 100% sure they knew what was wrong with our Isuzu Box Truck. Well guess what? They didnt and I should have read and listened to the other reviews!!NO WONDER THEY HAVE 2 STARS !!!!! I hope this place goes out of business!!!

Terrible Operation! I drive the truck that was brought to Bob and Steve. After explaining what was happening to the truck, They told me they knew how to repair it. They never figured it out how and still charged us. Their exact words all 3 times it went were It should have worked, we thought we knew what part it was. Then they try another part, and another. They never figured it out. Do NOT go here.

STAY AWAY!!I sent our yard horse to this shop and they told us what it needed PM and fuel line repair. The day it returned the vehicle had the same issue within 10 minutes.They then recommended replacing all fuel injectors & harness to be sure but believed only two could be causing the issue. We replaced two injectors & harness.It returned to our yard and within 10 minutes the same issue occurred (stalls at temp)They failed to send the invoice and when we wanted to pick it up after several weeks they forced us to pay COD.I tried reaching out for Steve but no response. I then contacted the owner, Josh and he stated since we did not replace all injectors there was nothing he could do. He was totally uncooperative . I explained that I was very unhappy and he said maybe we should part company.Its incredible he would just take this position. This man is not looking to work with unhappy clients He will just say good bye when your repair goes bad.DO NOT USE THEM NO COPOPERATION

Steve and Bob offer the most insane customer service in the business period. Quality of work and professionalism that you can depend on. We have 8 trucks on the road that Dibear maintains on the regular. I receive pictures of all worn or damaged parts and pictures of the new completed job. Pick and delivery service and opened on Saturdays so we have zero downtime. Thank you for everything

Unprofessional Bob said one of the owners Josh was supposed to call me back on 2 seperate occasions now and I have still not received a phone call. Seems like the other reviews were correct. Looks like I should just go somewhere else!!!

We have a fleet of 24 trucks. They are used 24/7 and require constant attention. Dibear and sons maintains our fleet for us and we are extremely happy with the results. We have been to a number of different shops including the dealer. Our trucks sit for way to long and we would get calls saying your truck is done you owe us for the work. We never ok’d the work and were blindsided by their actions. At Dibear and sons we get quick service and complete information (with photos) before we make a decision. It’s a pleasure to work with Steve and Bob because even though they have a large amount of customers we are treated like we are the only ones. I only wish we found them sooner.

My Jeep needed brakes and a oil change so I brought it to Dibear down the road from my work. Steve helped me with everything which was amazing because I know nothing about cars. He told me I needEd a hub bearing which I was worried I might be getting ripped off but he sent me a video of it makIng a really loud noise, now the car drives a lot quieter. Highly recommend this place if you want honest quality work.

I would of given this place 0 stars. DiBear had our truck for over 3 weeks and couldn’t fix the problem and I had to bring the truck to the dealer.The quality of work beyond poor. Left hoses disconnected and bolts missing and don’t return calls. Take your truck somewhere else.

This Truck mechanic shop should fix kids toys. They have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. When you pick a truck up after they said they fixed it it shouldn’t have to come back four times! Then you call them to ask questions and They just put you on hold over and over again you asked a simple question and you get three separate answers from three separate people. What a mess!!! Trust me just go somewhere else this place is not worth anyone’s time!!!

Place is terrible!!!! They should NOT be open for business. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Totally lied!!! Caught them charging me for a repair they never did!

I personally watched a very good friend suffer because of these people and their terrible operation! This place totally failed them! I had to drive their truck and they dont stand behind their work!!! Choose another mechanic!!!
