In the purchase of a house they started the policy before I even knew that we were closing on the house and after 14 emails back and forth I cant seem to get them answer a simple question - what were they insuring prior to my closing on a house. I gave them my banking info so that once we close we could start the policy and so that we were covered but they started the policy once they had my bank info but weeks before I closed on the house. No accountability for their actions and their solution is to ignore you after that. Very unprofessional - I would recommend checking reviews and finding someone more reputable.

I received a bill from Travelers today august 29th of 2020. It was something my wife and I were not expecting!!! Called travelers and found out that Proactive Brokerage Inc setup a homeowner insurance policy for us without our knowledge and consent. Just to be clear I have never contacted Proactive Brokerage Inc, neither talked to any of their agents. Its very unprofessional for them to setup insurance policy without ever speaking to the client!!! Not sure if its some scan but I will definitely call them on Monday to get more information....

I really like the fact that they speak polish. It makes dealing with something like insurance much easier. I also did like how fast they got back to me about my home quote.

Proactive got me into deep problems by not classifying my business right way (workers comp). I spend a lot of money in fines.I was referred there by friend, after audit - I placed my business elsewhere.Instead of DBA that put me as Inc!!!
