Would give zero stars if possible. Paying for service contract. Called at 11:00 tonight. Have no heat and tech on call called back, sounded like he just woke up, told us he can’t promise to get here tonight but can get here in the morning. Why pay for service if tech thinks it’s fine for you to have no heat overnight. Garbage service. Going to cancel contract. Stay away from NAPCO!!

Highly reccomend! Called for oil and a service on my boiler in my new home today and they were there within the hour, fixed some issues and had me up and running!! Heat is on and water is hot just in time for the cold weather 👌🏻👌🏻Great customer service and communication!

Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.Had emergency contract with Napco and part of their agreement is you buy the oil from them. Even though oil is more expensive you think the day you need them they show up. Called at 5:02 on a Tuesday as boiler/hot water heater combo not working. Office closed but got call back from owner who obviously was at bar and a bit confused could not get my address even correct, saying it was me.After testing him address he calls back and tells me I can wait till morning and that my six month old baby is no big deal (not like he can do much or needing to bathe) even though is 40 degrees in house without heat and no hot water to do basics including me taking a shower from a long day of work.Cancelling contract immediately as very irresponsible to say the least. Getting a company that can I rely in case of emergency!

Stay away from this company. We used them for an oil to gas conversion and were taken for a ride. We were not given what we were told. The owner would not respond to us at all to make it right. They sold us a defective burner that had numerous issues. Turns out one of their employees finally admitted it was a faulty installation. We were told a service contract came with our new install and instead there were unstated terms and conditions so they left us with 2 small children in the freezing cold. Your money is better spent elsewhere!
