Unfriendly staff and environment! The so called assistant manager today was so short and terse with me. She was not helpful with my questions and made it feel like I was a bother to her. I strongly feel that you should train your staff to be more customer friendly! Need I remind them that if we don’t shop, they don’t get paid. On the other hand, I must commend the guy who came from the back to load my purchase into my vehicle. He was much polite, respectful and helpful.

Went to Lumber Liquidators in West Allis this afternoon and was blowing away by the customer service I received from the entire staff. If you need a floor for your home this is the place to go hands down!!! Make sure to ask for Jessica, Lauren, and John bc they know their stuff!!!!!!!!!!! Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have these associates working for them :)

Went in with a piece of bamboo flooring I had purchased years ago. The team helped me find a matching transition piece I needed to help complete my project. Very impressive!

I made one trip down a few weeks ago to pick up approximately 800 sq ft of laminate flooring. Due to math error on my part I had to go back.today for more end cap (from about 50 miles away). Both times I dealt with Jessica and she was super helpful.

We stopped at our local LL store a few times to look at flooring. The flooring selection was good and the employees were nice and friendly. However, the bad experiences came after that. We ended up paying the $25 fee for their preferred installers to come out and do measurements. 1st guy called within a day and left a VM. I tried calling him back roughly 15 minutes after he left his VM. Went to his VM. In the days following I tried calling him back and each time got his VM. Googled his company and nothing came up in my area. Sent an email to their support email provided on their confirmation email.No response. Finally called the 800 number and they connected to my local store. Once connected to my local store I complained the 1st guy hasnt contacted me after numerous attempts on my end. I asked for a different installer or my refund. The girl said she will find a new installer and expect a call in 1 day. Almost an hour later the 1st installer just happened to call me which I didnt pick up his call. 1 day later the 2nd installer called to setup an appointment. To get someone out took a week. I was already set on NOT using LL and already ready to move forward with another contractor.Maybe its just my luck but those installers can be a hit or miss.

Great flooring for good prices.

Bought 2000 sq.ft. of the Aqua72 Hackberry. Its very thick (1/2). It snaps together relatively easily. There are 9 diffetent patterned planks. It looks awesome. The attached underlayment is nothing special. Manufacture states you can put additional high quality underlayment but online blogs, and my own logic, suggests that would allow to much flex at the joint and be bad long term. Would have given them 5 star but I ordered transition, stair bullnose, and vent covers online. Dispite my repeated attempts to have them shipped to the local store (Milw., WI). Their online ordering system states theyre going to Washington state but after 2 weeks it hasnt even been processed yet. John at my store has been great though and assures me he will take care of it. He appears to be a man of his word.

The prices and selection are awesome. The employee, not in the mood to help I guess.

The three gentlemen were honest, open and willing to go the extra mile for my wife and I. They told us the honest facts about the knowledge that is needed and about the competition. There was no scarcity in them when letting me know about better products out there. I truly loved and appreciated that. They will be getting more business from us going forward, when we are ready for it.

I bought laminate Jun 19, 2019. Cant get my order. Visited twice and called 4 times. Managment said-yes, it is available for pickup. Came 07.03. 2019 and again is not available. Im impressed. Worst of the worst services.

Don’t let them install it! Horrible install and terrible customer service. Where as they have good flooring at good prices, the subcontractor that they used to install our flooring did a terrible job. Neither the installer, Frank, or lumber liquidators stood behind their work. Phone calls to both, along with picture documentation, we’re ignored. We ended up having to tear it out and replace it with a reputable installer.

I called this morning and got no answer, but received a call back within 5 minutes even though I didnt leave a voicemail. Mike was able to answer all my questions over the phone and when my husband and I arrived at the store he was able to help find us find a solid bamboo stair nose with the perfect match for our flooring even though we didnt buy our flooring from them. We are very pleased with their customer service and product and will return when we are ready to purchase trim.

I have owned rental properties for 35 years and have dealt with many contractors.I have never had a worse experience than Lumber Liquidators.It took over 2 months from purchase to installation.The manager of the store would never return phone messages or be unavailable.The installer followed the same MO .I simply could not understand why they were treating a customer this way.None of this made any sense.The only way that worked for me was confronting the manager in the store.Do not buy from these knuckleheads.

Nice selection of flooring choices and prices. The staff was pretty helpful. My only complaint was the store sign showed the place opened at 11 am the day we went and all of the staff showed up shortly after 11. Why someone wasnt there by 11 to open the store and have it ready to go is a bit unprofessional imo

We ran into an issue with the plank size our contractor ordered. All the staff was super helpful in trying to get a rush order in to swap out. Super friendly and accommodating.

Good service and friendly people, they answer questions and are responsive. I Bought 600+ft of the MorningStar Stranded Bamboo, they called right away to confirm the order and ensure I had everything correct. Price dropped on the product 3 weeks after I bought it and they gave me the price match guarantee.

No idea why or how anyone is leaving positive reviews for them...My wife and I flip homes and have purchased flooring from all over and we cringe when we are forced to go to Lumber Liquidators for anything. Their customer service is horrible, and the staff most likely has never laid flooring in their lives. They are always wrong on sq/ft estimates for the cherry on top.

Miguel of the West Allis, WI store went over and above to help me locate the same exotic hardwood that we bought from Lumber Liquidators 10 years ago and had been discontinued. We are finishing a large reno project and realized 1/2 way through flooring with your 3/8 Brazilian Walnut that we would not have enough product. I called the nearest location and went into see Miguel. Being discontinued for years, he sent e-mails out to locations where the SKU showed up and worked hard to make sure it was delivered to our store, even coming in on a day off! We are very pleased with his attitude and conscientious work effort. Well done, Miguel!
