Excellent service. We recently moved and had a lot of boxes and old furniture to move out of our garage. We set up some time for Junk Shuttle to come out and it was very easy to set up an appointment time and understand pricing. Chauncey, Alex & Josh worked on our removal and they were very professional, punctual and efficient. The price was also right within the estimated cost. We will definitely use them again!

Andy, Max and Josh were professional, hard working, and courteous. They took everything we asked them to take from a second floor attic. The surprise was the unfolded, tattered flag (we set aside to give to the Boy Scouts at a later time) was folded into the traditional triangle. Well done!

How much easier could it have been?? From the start, ahead of schedule, to the finish, both Andy and Josh were awesome. They never stopped moving. I had 1 and 3/4 truck loads of junk, electronics and furniture from 23 years of gathering to purge and these guys cleaned it ALL out in about 2 1/2 hours! No wall bumps, drops, or oops. Would not hesitate for a moment to use them again and we will once were are settled in after our move to come get the the next purge. Anyone can haul junk, anyone can be the cheapest, but not everyone gives you those PLUS the customer service I received starting with a phone call. Just make sure you have a couple of cold bottles of water for them and then sit back and watch them go.

Andy and Max were fabulous! They were ready ahead of schedule and called to let me know but also respected that I was not going to be available until the scheduled time. They were efficient and patient as I realized some items needed to be taken apart in order to fit out the door and of course they helped with that. Will certainly use this company again!

They gave us a two hour window and called us 15 minutes before it started and said they would be there shortly, which was great. Max and Josh were very professional, taking a few minutes to survey the situation so they could come up with a plan to do the job and give us an accurate price. They took everything out efficiently and didnt mind when we added a couple things almost the way. They finished by sweeping which we appreciate. I should also state that the online quote we received was accurate. I highly recommend them.

We moved into a new house recently a got a large dumpster from another company and had ok service and an ok price. nothing special about it. my wife decided to call junkshuttle because they had a good price, the right size and delivered it that day. All fine and dandy. what sets them apart from the others is this. My wife and I are ready to have a mental breakdown from the move. We called to have the dumpster and found out they couldnt pick it up because the town put up a weight limit on our road until the ground is solid enough. Alyssa is the person that worked with me to try to get a temporary waiver. No luck. So now I have a full dumpster in my driveway for the next 45 days. My wife broke down in tears because we couldnt afford to pay for it to sit there. To our relief Alyssa worked with us. Since we just moved here, they do this every year and nobody said anything and they put up the weight limit sign was put up that day. It wasnt my fault and it was out of our control. She waved the fees until the restriction is lifted. I promised I would call her the day it the sign came down. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that knows the difference between right and wrong give them a call. Peace Out

Outstanding experience with Junk Shuttle. Ben, Max, and Josh were awesome. So nice and professional and clearly very experienced. They worked quickly and when we hit a snag because our enormous sectional wouldn’t fit out of our very small room and doors, they pulled out all the stops on creativity to get it done as they knew we had new furniture arriving the next day. They only left two hours ago and I’ve already recommended them to two people and plan to also share this experience on Facebook. Oh, and very reasonably priced! Can’t say enough - thank you!

I called around and the junk shuttle had the most reasonable prices around. The pricing was very upfront and fair. They gave me a 2 hour window of arrival but arrived early! Josh, Jordan, and Max were very nice and professional. They also took reasonable precautions during Covid by wearing masks and insisted I also wear a mask. 5/5! Thanks Junk Shuttle!

We just used Junkshuttle for the first time today and we were very pleased. We received a call to let us know the crew was on the way to our house and they actually arrived a little a head of schedule. Ben, Max and Josh all arrived in Junkshuttle shirts and they were wearing masks (thank you very much for that). Josh and Jordan left the area where the shed debris was piled as clean as a whistle. They worked quickly even when it rained on them. I highly recommend them and Junkshuttle for this type of removal. They wore masks when we were consulting.

JunkShuttle is simply the best option for junk removal. I called regarding some trash left by the former owners of our new home, and they were able to get Max, Ben, and Josh out early the next day. The guys were super friendly, polite, quick, and were clear and honest that I still had room in the minimum haul. As a result, I was able to clear out some of the inevitable trash that accumulates from a move for the same price. A price, I might add, that is cheaper than likely anyone else in the area. It would probably cost me more to haul a load of trash to the dump myself, an experience I never enjoy. Were tackling a lot of projects around the house now, and I will be calling them again. Cant recommend them enough.

On the scheduled date for junk removal, the truck broke down. They let me know right away that they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment.
