Prices kept going up and up after 12 months and every year after. I removed so many channels just to try to keep in within a reasonable budget and it was still over 100 dollars. And every time I called the wait times for a person were so long. My last call I waited for 15 min and then was disconnected. Called again and waited another 15 minutes and the representative that I spoke to was so RUDE. I was calling to cancel, and I understand that it’s not a call they want, but she was just outright disrespectful on the phone to me. After speaking with her, it confirmed why I have chosen another provider.
