Stopped in for a quick question near closing time on a Saturday, staff very helpful and promised to call me back with any insight to my question (about finding a replacement part for a faucet). No call through Tuesday afternoon, so I called and talked with someone who had no knowledge of my issue, and did not offer to connect me with the staff that helped me, and told me that I should have contacted the manufacture first. Not upset that the part was not available, would have appreciated a call.

My husband and I came in and when we walked through the door no one said hello or made any attempt to see if we need any help. We spent 10 minutes walking around and both people stood at the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us. As we were walking out the door they couldn’t even say good bye.We will NEVER do business with them nor will we recommend them to anyone we know. Very poor customer service. They lost our $$$.Maybe we didn’t look upscale enough for them.

Great place for bathroom or kitchen remodeling. Outstanding customer service. Bob is terrific; hes very knowledgeable, patient, and spends whatever time you need with you.

Bought a custom sink and they got the size wrong. Bought a Moen faucet for the sink and when i went to install the box was missing parts and the faucet was not really meant for the sink. Once was a good place poor sales people- better off at a big box store.

They were very helpful in finding/sourcing a toilet that would fit my non-standard rough in. Another plumber (who had actually come to the house) gave up and told us one wouldnt fit and tried to upsell us into knocking down a wall. The people at DIY Bathroom Center were experienced and helpful and responsive over email. I could have ordered the toilet sku they gave me online, but went through them instead. They are busy and the store is small, but their experience is better than that of a big box store. Perhaps having some employees dedicated to appointment times would be beneficial for consultations.
