Had my hair done 4:40 on 9/24. Dont know the ladies name. So professional and did exactly what I asked for. I have to find out her name so I can book future appointments with her.

The place is clean and the gals are polite. I called for a appointment at 10am for a later time and got it at 5 pm . Thats what I wanted. It didnt take long either.

Got my haircut yesterday afternoon and the haircut isnt even in the back. The woman laughed when I said how I wanted my haircut. Did not think that was professional or nice.

3 daughters received haircuts from here. 2 of the 3 wound up with lice. 2 of 3 also received crooked cuts that required fixing. I do not want any contact. I will not come back for any service. Just want to spread awareness so this doesnt happen to another family like it did mine

The lady really didnt understand how I wanted my hair cut plus I felt like she was rushing especially when she saw here friend I guess walk into the building! Supercuts never cut my hair the way I like it. && due to that I wont be returning back to them no time soon!! Thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾

They have gone up in price with in the last year. I do like that i can usually get a same-day appointment with a good stylist. The downfall of this place is that stylists do seem to come and go more than i would prefer( when i find one i really like).

My stylist today acted really rushed and distracted even though the place was dead. She kept talking over me when I tried to communicate what I wanted. Honestly should have just left because she made me really uncomfortable. I had to ask her to clean it up twice because there were hard lines in my fade.I showed up early for my 1:00 PM appointment and ended up waiting until almost 1:30 for someone who came in 45 min late and had been deleted from the queue. Really unprofessional and just a bad haircut. I regret going here.

Came in on a Wednesday at 620 pm Vikki cut my hair it was terrible she was so distracted and hurried totally messed up my hair . She cut my side burns way to high and lopsided. Never going back there. I had to shave my head, there was no fixing it.

This is our go to place for our 17 & 11 year olds to get their haircuts. The location is easy to get to and always has places to park. Sometimes the wait time is rather long, even when adding our name to the list online - but its worth the wait to get a good haircut. Rachel is the only girl that my son will trust cutting his hair - so we always make sure she is working before we go!

I have been coming to this Supercuts for many years. Consistently good cuts, all are pleasant and most seem to like to work there. I highly recommend this Supercuts.

Candice is amazing! My family and I followed her from the New Berlin location after she was moved here. Always makes me feel like a brand new person and wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair! Definitely recommend her to family and friends.

This is a great place to go Rachel is awesome!!! Everyone there is friendly and courteous. After every hair cut someone always sweeps up the hair so the store is clean.

Mel is the best. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a cut. Also the Supercuts app is good for scheduling in advance for those people that get haircuts as much as I do and prefer a specific stylist.

Took my daughter here today. We made an appointment 320. They close at 3pm today. The woman who did her hair was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. My child is well behaved And has had several haircuts. however, instead of communicating with my child like a human being she called me over and made me hold her head while she quickly diced my daughters hair off . we left with her hair soaking dripping wet because she was almost in tears for being treated so poorly go somewhere else

Supercuts always has the worst people in their salons, and this location is no exception. Arrogant and snotty if you can understand through the thick accents.

Ive been getting my hair cut and colored by Laquanna aka Taz for over 15 years. Not only is she professional, she is friendly, and always does a fantastic job! I receive so many compliments on my hair color every single day. I have recommended many friends to her who know are now loyal customers if hers. I wont let anyone else touch my head.

I came to this one after a dissatisfactory experience at their 27th st location. The lady Nell who did my hair today was patient and really made sure I was satisfied and got the cut I wanted. Im really appreciative for her service ❤️

After being turned away twice because there werent enough stylists, or they had appointments, I gave them another try. This time I called ahead and everything went well. I was very happy with the haircut I received and I will go there more often. Just be sure to call ahead. Thanks for making it right again.

My boyfriend went here and said he just saw everyone getting generic trims. The prices were right but I noticed that it was more for men that get straight to the point hair styles. He will not be going back due to finding that barber thats right for him. However it was a clean salon and everyone was very nice from hearing conversation while waiting.

Okay I walk in and ask how long the wait will be and she replied, its not going to be longIn the meantime 3-4 people walk in and Im still sitting there for over an hour. At least she could of been honest and she could of said itll be awhile.

11-17-18My Fiancé and I went there so we can go get his haircut. It was a very good experience and we only waited for 5 minutes. Traci did an amazing job and we were able to make a conversation with her. The place is super clean. Thank you.

I have had the same hairstyle for 30 yearsTaz totally chopped my hair it was the worst cut that I ever have gotten!! Went back the next day the manager Rachael tried to fix it she blended the back but couldnt blend the sides! Thats how screwed up it is!!!! Maybe thats what I should have expected for a 17 dollar cut! Never go to SUPER BAD CUTS!!!!!I Will never stop in that place agian!!!! My only option to post this was to give them 1 star but definitely doesnt even deserve that!!!

Justin is amazing, however these places are supposed to be a walk-in service and yet I have never went in and waited any less than 20 minutes. I checked in online a few times thinking that would help, only to be stuck even longer behind people who had appointments. YOU CAN MAKE APPOINTMENTS THE DAY OF! I recommend doing this.

Paige is awesome. Ive had her for my appointments a few (4?) times now and she is super consistent with the quality of the cut, good advice on styling, etc. Also a great conversationalist. Also, easy on the eyes :)

My husband and son went in 35 minutes before they closed for a haircut. Unfortunately they were booked up and unable to service them. They had 4 associates working and about the same amount of people waiting. The associate that greeted them at the front desk wasnt friendly. We will not be back!

Ugh... where to begin?! Just moved to West Allis and looking for a barber. In the area, knew better, stopped in any way. Worst bald fade in history... probably not.... but not decent. 20 bucks and Ill have to go home and fix my own hair.
