I hired this company to come out and fix my air conditioning unit, the unit was not blowing out cold air. They came out and corrected the problem, but two days later the same problem occurred. The owner was quick to come back out and review the situation. It was then determined that we needed a new central air unit, the owner was kind enough to credit us the money we had already spent two days prior on a new air conditioning unit. Therefore, we didn’t waste any money.The employees were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Our furnace stopped working overnight. We contacted Devix first thing in the morning and they had someone out and the problem diagnosed by 9:30am. They were able to go get the part we needed right away and we had heat by 11:00! Fantastic service. Fair price. I highly recommend giving them a call!

They came out the same day that I called them for a quote on replacing my furnace and AC. They were able to do the installation 2 days later on the 3rd of July. They sympathized that we were without AC during some hot days and fit us into their installation schedule in short notice. They worked extra hours to complete the installation before the long 4th of July weekend. They ran into an electrical problem that my old AC cause which caused them to work long hours to complete the job but they went above and beyond to work through the problem without an increase in cost.

Has anyone else had a situation where these folks have installed a heat system and not stood behind their work? They install the radiators for us and both of them burst less than two years after install. They came out to turn off the water that was flooding my original hard wood floors and promised at that time to install radiators again as reparations. They made no promises to help with the ruined hard wood floors or the $500 energy bill from running industrial fans to save the room. Now they are going back on that promise via email with no returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Showed up on time just like they said, I have an older furnace and I know it needs to be change soon and rest a sure I will be calling them to do the replacement soon. But they got me through a difficult time right now. Thank you very much

I want to start by saying this is zero worry choice. I contacted them 7/16 at 5pm when my central air unit started failing. They said they could come out for an emergency call or be by me the next day between 8-11. They were here by 9 am, unit was extremely outdated (40 years old). They double checked just to make sure parts were not available to repair before we replace. Unfortunately it was way out of date so we went to option to replace. With the heat and the extremely busy schedule, they moved stuff around and we’re back by 11:30 same day to put in a new unit and coils. By 2:50 they had the job completed and my house was finally starting to cool down. They do quality work, they are professional and polite, and most importantly they do quality work for a decent price even at the busiest times. No one I knew had HVAC people so now I have a stack of business cards to give to all the people I know that didn’t have a place.

They worked with my schedule. They came out and installed a new HVAC unit, and were friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions, and took the extra time to make sure everything was working correctly.

Heater went out on the coldest days in WI. Devix came the next day to instal a new furnace. So kind and professional. 100% recommend.

I had a problem with my furnace and had multiple repair men come out to repair my furnace. One suggested I needed some new parts and quoted me a very high price. So I decided to call Devix Heating & Cooling for a quote for all the parts and labor. And as he was looking at the furnace he looked at me and said the only thing he can find wrong with my furnace was a broken wire. He repaired the wire and my furnace was working again. Needless to say one outfit was completely wrong with what the problem was and wanted to rake me over the coals for something I didn’t even need and Devix was spot on and honest with the repair at a very reasonable price. From this day forward I will be using Devix Heating & Cooling for my heating and Cooling repairs and installation.
