Absolutely the best salon Ive been to. I always end up with the color that I want. Love this place. I do not believe the bad ratings here. Every time that I go, appointment or no appointment they take me in right away. They work together as a team to achieve best results for customers.

I went today for a massage yes they took me last minute but Im not sure if the lady really knows what she is doing!As the massage went on the lady was leaving the room people are knocking on the door,other works are talking and walking very loud in the hallway and then she was asking what she should be done Im not the Professional I do know a little bit from having other massagers and my cousin being a massage therapist I personally dont think that she was doing it correctly I will from now on go to macallan to get my massage very disappointing due to it being so close to home

My massage was great, the young lady was kind. Place is decent and clean. But overall experience was ok. Lacking some business professionalism : from opening hours (not open in time), to unanswered phone calls from business on a couple of days, and a lack of customer service from by standing employees.

Great salon went because i got my hair extension sum where else and i went here for my first time and had an amazing experince they fix my hair extension that i got a hair treatment and nails because i love their job! totally going back and recommending them to my friends

Loved this salon everyone since the time I walked in was very polite and courteous.Chris did a fantastic job on my hair as well as the other ladies working there. Loved my results very much and will be going back for other services soon.👌🏻☺️

I called to make an appointment . I talk with a lady she seem so not nice at all . I had gone there before but, it seems to me, they favor thier customers. And that is not right why be a beautician if youre, only interested in your own selfs. Seriously Serenity green door on Pike st does not treat all customers equally. We pay for what we want . A star in give only because, theres 5 it should be a zero star . So disappointed not professional. Thank you 😞

No wonder there are so many bad reviews. I made an appointment today at 1:30 for a massage. I got there 10 minutes early, as a courteous client does, and ended up waiting for 25 minutes. The workers didnt say a thing to me while I was waiting- like Hey sorry its taking long or may I get you a water? Like most Spas. Anyways I had to tell the girls whoever was the masseuse was over 15 minutes late. I went somewhere else instead and paid for quality, kind service. This place is not a spa. Its just a danky hair salon full of nacas.

Serenity messed up my hair! I wanted a fade but the dumb lady messed up and gave me a 1 all around. if you cant do hair then dont do it! I was skeptical about the reviews because some are bad but after my experience I agree with them. Do not go unless you want the opposite of what you asked for.
