One of my good friends live in these apartments and I have to say they are the most amazing beautiful apartments I’ve ever seen. First it’s a very safe environment for the people especially the kids and secondly the way they have them inside and outside does not compare to any other ones. If I ever had to live in apartments this would be my only choice for sure. This says a lot about the management because if it wasn’t for them these apartments would not be in good and excellent standings like they are. I highly recommend them.

Won’t lie these apartments are nice. We didn’t get to do much living there because everything was closed due to covid. We get get complained on by our drug selling neighbors because our kids walk loud. (2X)The ladies never gave me problems just attitude when I had questions sometimes.There was a lot of roaches when we moved in but they always have the apartments sprayed.We moved out because of our kids. We needed a kid friendly place for them.I wouldn’t live here unless I was a retired old person.They’re strict but it’s only cause they want to keep their apartments a certain way.They’ll try to charge you for anything even if your apartment is perfect.I wouldn’t go back, but that’s just me.

Just wanted to take a moment on here and thank the office for always keeping these apartments clean, safe and up to date. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I have always been treated with respect from the office staff. I believe some of these negative comments are for the ones that don’t care and appreciate about where they live and don’t have an understanding of the commitment it takes to keep running this place the way management does to keep it looking presentable and inviting. Love my home. I will continue to stay here as long as I can. Over all it’s safe. Office always kept me up to date with covid 19 updates. We have also been experiencing difficult weather and not once has it flooded, or our lights have gone out from a storm or freeze. Keep doing a great job ladies.

Liz is sooo nice! I called to inquire about many things about the units and she was very helpful and nice. I called maybe 4+ times asking questions and she was very understanding and patient with me. Extremely nice apartments and great customer service :)

The office management are so welcoming and helpful. Every time we had a question or concern they would always take action. The apartment complex is very well maintained and clean. Ms. Wood and Amanda always always made us feel comfortable. They make sure everyone follows the rules so that we can all be safe. Management has a lot to do with the safety and environment of the apartment complex and they sure do an awesome job!!!👍

I love Villa Verde Estates. It’s very hard to find a good apartment in the valley because most are unkept or don’t feel safe to live in. These apartments are very well maintained, from the inside of the apartment to the landscaping outside. They feel very safe to me as well. Anytime I have any questions or concerns the ladies at the office are very responsive and helpful. I have lived here for about a year and will continue to live here for hopefully more years to come.

Lived here for a year. And it was THE WORST year of my life. The Management lady LIZ made my life miserable for that year. I cried so many times because of her. She degraded me as a mother and tried telling me how to parent my kid. I got blamed for ridiculous accusations that were completely false. These apartments are nice. But the management is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional, rude, heartless, and just plain mean.

Perfect place; I’ve been living here over a year and I have no complaints. Modern interior spacious design, and perfect pool. The management and staff make sure your accommodated and make sure the place looks and runs perfect. Highly recommend it to anybody! Definitely going to be here a couple more years.

Heard about Villa Verde Estates through word or mouth. All I can say is I will definitely be recommending this property to any friends or family looking for a good, well kept property. Management here is the greatest. Manager Liz is very knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds of the property are always well kept, it’s a very clean friendly place to call home.

When living at Villa Verde Estates for almost a year and it has been a great living experience. The staff are very helpful and accommodating to my needs regarding my apartment. The staff always keeps the complex clean and inviting. Their is so much passion and commitment, that Im proud to live at Villa Verde Estates. Highly recommended!

I have been residing for almost 3 years at Villa Verde Estates. Management, Elizabeth and Amanda always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. The grounds and facilities are always kept clean by friendly courteous workers. I have loved my time here and will recommend it to others.

I’ve been here about a year or so and I am in LOVE with this place. This has to be my most favorite apartment so far. So clean, modern, and homey. Liz and Amanda in the front office are AMAZING! They’ve been super helpful and kind and have answered every question I’ve ever had. Amanda even went out of her way to help me figure out my mail situation that I was struggling with. I read some comments that said people were getting “fined” for so and so...but me, personally, I’d want where I lived to be up kept and held to a cleanly standard. That’s what they do here. I had left some junk in my patio and they let me know about it. Which yeah, I don’t wanna see junk on someone’s patio when I’m walking by. Lol. I didn’t get fined. They’re simple solutions. I’ve never had trouble with pests as they have fumigators come in every so often. It’s the perfect place to raise my daughter. She loves it here too. It’s honestly such a beautiful place to live and I’m so happy I chose it.

The manager Liz and assistant Amanda are very respectful, professional young ladies. I use to live in other apartments before and I decided to live here cuz these ladies have the place so organized from the beginning which is applying for an apartment to having the place nice clean and very safe to live in. These apartments by far stand out so much because of these two ladies that I felt comfortable to recommend it to others and as of now 6 of my family members have moved in to these beautiful complex.

Not kid friendly!!! Dont believe the 4 stars. There is a loophole for them in the contract that if you talk about them badly during your lease they can kick you out. That alone says alot. Oh and they have a 3 strike limit! Imagine having a kid thats teething or one with adhd.

Amanda and Elizabeth are very rude!! They have a bad attitude, dont answer the phone and never fix anything. They wanna tow vehicles send violations for no damn reason. Would never recommend.

Saw all these new reviews that were obviously put up to boost the ratings and thought Id put an actual honest one here. This place is average at best. I would agree with past bad reviews that the management here is terrible and unprofessional especially the manager Liz, and they will fine you for any little thing. other than that its not too bad, but not great either.

GOT CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT DO!!! they make their own rules and prices! Very unprofessional!! Had many people I know live here get charged for things they didn’t do as well! It’s nice but the management SUCKS and I will be contacting the main manager of the company!!!!!

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE MANAGERS!!! Liz is SO MEAN AND RUDE!!!!! she will make your life miserable here. If she hates her job so much she should get another one! She has made people pay so many fines here for things they didn’t do. She’s the rudest person I’ve met in my life. This complex needs a new manager!!! Call the manger in Dallas if you have problems as well!

Apartments are nice and modern, been here 2 years. They always keep property clean, and I have never had any issues. Management team always available for any questions.

This is the perfect place to live with my family, they are very kind and friendly personal, I love the service when you need help, they go super fast, and the management has always been very responsible and pleasant, I have live in villa verde estates for almost 3 years and we feel so comfortable, specially since there is a lot of security all the time, and also love the gym and the pool super big we love barbecue and have fun without going out of our home.

The management are really rude. Elizabeth has an ugly attitude all the time that’s the manager. They don’t help you on maintenance. For every little thing they want to charge you. They never answer the phone as well. Would not recommend this apartments.

Based on my experience and observations the complex is well maintained providing an upscale living experience. There are plenty of unreserved covered parking along with a perimeter security fence and gates. Units are equipped with modern appliances, L.E.D. lighting, simulated wooden flooring, and an energy efficient a/c unit. They even provide the monthly air filters for scheduled replacements. Office staff and maintenance have done an outstanding job providing prompt and courteous service with work orders, general inquiries, and maintaining the overall management of this community. My experience with our recent adverse weather and global health conditions have been: 1. Hurricane Hanna - Summer 2020 - No loss of power, no flooding, no damage to apartment or my vehicle. 2. Pandemic 2020 - Received monthly updates and CDC information from staff. Noticed they promptly implemented CDC best practices for health and safety. Packages (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) allowed to be delivered to apartment door vs office. Pool, fitness center, business center, and bbq areas closed for community health safety. A note on the pool. Although closed during this time, they have kept the pool clean and well maintained. 3. Winter freeze - 2021 - No loss of power, internet service, water or water pressure. No damage to apartment or my vehicle. What can I say, my experience has been great. Elizabeth, Amanda, and the team, thanks for the outstanding service you provide and the work you do.

These apartments needs new management, girls at front desk are rude and unprofessional been fined for nonsense, don’t try to reason with them because they will hang up on you. Apartment won’t be available to look at till the day you move in, my apartment had a roach problem and still does. Would not recommend just waiting on my lease to end.

I currently live at this place.I called for information for the pool and front desk takes about 3-4 calls to pick-up just for them to be rude and not to answer my questions.

The ladies at the front desk are very unprofessional, they never have things ready, and rarely answer office calls. my apartment was suppose to be ready to move in and it was infested with roaches. and now they will not release my deposit fees after leaving the apartments in perfect conditions. I do not recommend these apartments at all.
