I had a great experience purchasing my 6x10 utility trailer from Big Tex Trailer World in Wentzville, MO. The selection was good, the staff were professional and very friendly. Transaction was hassle free and they arranged financing for me very quickly. They also gave me a 20% discount on accessories I purchased with the trailer. I am very happy with my purchase from them.

Buying process was very easy. Allowed me to walk around the lot looking, they emailed me everything I stopped by sign a few papers dropped a check off and had my guys pick up trailers. I bought 2 6x10 Tandem Axle dump trailers

I went there for an interview for a job opening. While I was waiting for my interview I walked around the store. It was pretty cool the parts selection was amazing. They had parts that I didnt even know existed. So I would say they probably have what you are looking for. Everyone that greeted me were extremely nice and outgoing. Overall we had a completely painless experience. Knew what we wanted, showed up and were good to go in about 30 minutes with no hassle, or unexpected hang ups. They also had one of the best selections we found in the area so they would prove to be a great first stop if you dont know what you want.

These people are awesome I spent 40 minutes looking for a trailer tire from all the local business around these are the only people that had it and the prices were decent and they had a decent selection of trailer related stuff within their storeouse. They were very professional and Im glad they were there.

Nice to find a company thats still honest and cares about their customers. Stopped by the Wentzville service department and spoke with them about the issues I was having with my trailer. Expecting to hear the worst along with a large number to do the repairs. But to my surprise they told me that they would be happy to take a look and that it sounded like something much simpler than I thought. No try to sell me on parts or service that I didnt need just to make some extra money. Thank You Service Guys. Greatly Appreciated

This team of folks is awesome! I have used them on multiple occasions for the rental of a trailer for my business! They are prompt, friendly, and on top of things. I never have to wait for assistance, they are prepared and ready for me when I arrive. Mike and Jamie have both assisted me, and another gentleman this last Saturday and this morning as well.., sorry, I didnt grab his name, but he was top notch like everyone else I have dealt with here before. The equipment I have rented is serviced, cleaned, and prepped before I pick it up. I double check tires, and the spare too, and everything is always right on spec. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any trailer needs they might have. They also have a very well equipped showroom, lots of critical and helpful accessories in stock and available too..Never know what you might find to make your job easier, or replace something needed for your hauling and towing needs. Wow! What happened to all the people who worked there? Big Tex must have cleaned house and not for the better. Nobody there knows anything about trailers. I had to talk to one of the Textrail guys to get my question answered. Will not return anytime soon.
