Dominic and Josh were so helpful and friendly!! They went out of their way to accommodate our needs!! I just purchased a new iPhone at another AT&T store which we didn’t receive much help. So we went to the Wentzville location and had amazing service!!! Both employees should be recognized!!! They represented your store with great service and patience!! The employees at this store have been helping me for years. My last visit was to replace my dead phone they were very helpful. They were a little hindered by low phone stock.(not their fault!). But I was taken care of and left happily with a new phone.

There was a little bit of a wait but when it was my turn, Dominic was quick to help me. He was able to quickly identify my problem, fix it, and get me out the door quickly. He Even gave me his number to text if there were still problems. When I texted back with a question he was quick to answer. Great experience at the store.

Not happy. My husband and I were going to buy 2 new phones. Took all info. They did not have any of the phones we wanted. Was going to order n have sent to store for pick n activate. They would allow this as we were going to pay in full. (I didnt understand that). 😠😠

We had excellent service from Dominic yesterday when I went in to get my phone replaced. My Apple Watch was also older than dirt and I was able to get a new series 6 Apple Watch as well as an iPhone 12. Dominic took very good care of us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dealing with the ATT store is very different than dealing with the phone based customer support. Brauck and team at this store run an informed, tight ship. Its literally faster for me to drive 45mins to the store and (sometimes) wait for the team here to help me, than to call in and wait on hold. The team engages and helps me with everything I need, be it my business or personal service.

I went here to activate my new Apple Watch! Solomon helped me get everything activated. He was professional yet personable very quick and informative! I couldn’t ask for better service he was talking to me like we’d been friends forever. Also I didn’t want to leave out the the manager with the muscles!! About 4-5 months ago my wifes I-Phone quit on her, she thought no problem as she has the insurance. It did work they provided her with a new phone and she sent hers in. Somehow it was lost whether it be on thier end the post office provided her with the info that it had been delivered. The warranty company AT&T uses and AT&T refuse to do their part to straighten this out so she is stuck with a $600 bill which she has paid. AT&T will take this to arbitration for her for $200 yet I guarantees and she has already wasted too much time. MORAL TO THIS STORY : IF YOU HAVE THIS OCCUR AND YOU HAVE THE INSURANCE REPORT THE PHONE LOST SO YOU DONT FIND YOUR SELF IN THIS SITUATION WITH AT&T. THEY HAVE THE UPPER HAND AT ALL TIMES AND YOU WILL LOSE.

I went to AT&T last week to port in a new number and ask some questions. When I arrived I didn’t have a mask on me and per a medical reason I couldn’t wear one. Anthony, the rep that works there, was beyond helpful! I told him I couldn’t wear a mask and he helped me OUTSIDE! No questions asked and for the entire hour I was here he answered all my questions and Helped me with everything I needed. Way better than the workers at warrenton location. Good job Wentzville! Took my dad to the store to finally get an upgrade from his iPhone 5! The rep was so great in helping him choose an upgrade and being so patient. Who sits with you for over 30 minutes because you haven’t ever backed up your iPhone and ensures everything gets smoothly transferred, even going the extra step of setting up the face recognition and apps?? Dominic does that’s who! And this is why we were so grateful to have gone to this store instead of buying somewhere else!

The service tech was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped me transfer all of my old text messages, pics and other info I wanted. The only reason for only 4 stars is that the selection of apple phones was down to 3 and the didn’t have the one I wanted so since my phone was not working and I didn’t want to drive around STL to find the phone I wanted I chose an alternative phone with lesser memory than I had wanted. The service and store were great and quick on handling my transaction.

Had such a heck of a time having a prepaid number from St. Thomas and transferring to a postpaid account in Missouri. Solo was amazing! Took 2 days and multiple heads to put together but Solo, Greg, and Anthony finally came through for me. So very thankful for how awesome these guys are!

We live in Washington and decided to drive 45 minutes to another location because Washington was not able to help us at all. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes and they were able to jump on their feet and fix my problem before even having to explain the whole situation. Washington was double charging us and didnt do a thing to correct. Our rep and the retail store manager helped us walk through this problem with no issues whatsoever. Broke down our bill and explained every step of our plan and made sure even though they werent the store that caused the problems they still took care of us. Great service and speed on all!

I went in to see if they could offer any suggestions regarding my earpiece on my iPhone XR. It suddenly began sounding muffled. Speaker phone works fine.They first had me yell across the room as to what brought me in. Then when I explained they did not offer any suggestions just asked do I have insurance or how old the device is. Said they do not repair which I already knew that. Were NOT helpful at all. Frankly the poorest example of customer service ever!!!I quickly turned and walked out and will NEVER go back.

I dont know why exactly, but more so curious how this happens. I wanted to file a claim but avoid the 250 dollar deductible... which I feel isnt asking for a whole lot being that Ive been a customers since I was in high school... the lady just brings up the same website and tells me the same information available on said website. When I asked her if there was a means of avoiding that, she just shrugged and said she only knows whats on the site. Like Thank you miss, I just drove a half hour for you to tell me what I already knew because I can read and use a computer. Its really not asking much for you to have an understanding of the company you work for in hopes that you would help me. This is the second time Ive had the same reoccuring issue with my phone. Its a design flaw to me and Im having to pay 250 bucks to replace it when its just going to keep happening? Not exactly sure how she got hired to just work a tablet and shrug anytime someone hits her with a question not in the FAQs section of the website. Silly.

All I can say is that when you have a store full of people that need help, it would be nice not to see employees having personal conversations with customers that are already being helped. I get it you may know them but when people have been waiting close to an hr and there was only 5 people ahead of me. On top of that there are 5 employees besides the person signing people in. We are all human and get frustrated, so as a store that deals with bundles of people at one time you would think they would do their best to serve them in a timely manner.

Lied to me about what my bill would be. Was supposed to get a free phone if I paid sales tax. Lady stated I can come back n get next day. Came back-she was gone-the immature smart a** staff was rude and basically said no she lied to you.....this was months ago, and zero help. Had to purchase an unlocked phone out of pocket for the other person on my account. Customer service is horrible. NEVER had a customer service issue with last provider. Only switched because wrk in area only AT&T has signal.

Very rude staff. 3 staff members and I was the only customer.No one seemed to have any knowledge about the S20s.Tried putting a preorder through even though I told her that preorders dont start until next week. Went In to ask a few questions about the Galaxy Active which was exclusively sold by only them. Horrible customer service and absolutely no knowledge about simple questions. Only response was stores the store dont know about software thats corporate and through towers. Didnt seem to know the active was an AT&T product exclusively. NO HELP AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY. Went to another location and got all the information I was needing. Poor training or management. And almost every review I leave is a 5 star positive review on Google! Just a bad experience Ill stay with my current provider anyday over that service.
