The people who posted good reviews at this place are either fools or fakes. Its the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had in my entire life from the highly inexperienced receptionist, to the haughty spirited dental assistant who has no idea what she is doing, to the nice dentist who will lie and cheat his way to meet the corporate quota. The hygienist was good, she just needs to find a place to work that is not corrupt. DONT GO HERE!

The staff is excellent. They are extremely kind and patient. The doctors are great with my children. Everyone takes the time to explain what is going on and how things work. Very happy with their services.

Always a great experience at Premier Dental in Wentzville (Z and 70). My family and I have been going there since 2018. Been very happy with the doctor and the dental hygienist. My kids even like to go which is crazy since most kids hate going to the dentist.

The dentist is good, the office staff not so much...There is no coordination from the dentist to the front staff for any kind of follow up.

Cant say highly enough about the receptionist, dentists, dental assistant, and hygienist. They were all wonderful, patient, friendly, sweet, smart, helpful, and the best dentist office I have ever been to! Come here this place is great 👍 👍

Of course NOONE enjoys going to the dentist..least of all when your jaw feels like someone punched you in it. From my encounter with the front desk to the tech to the dentist my visit went very smoothly. Dr. Doerr has a relaxing and calm manner that immediately put me at ease. This was my first visit and definitely not my last.

Dr. Larkin was fabulous. I called them because I recently moved to that area and was already a Premier Dental patient at another location. An old crown cracked and they got me in the next morning for a consultation. Dr. Larkin was extremely thorough in the exam of my tooth and with multiple different options I had going forward. When I scheduled my procedure I felt like I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for my tooth. Im very satisfied with the work done and the time and care that this doctor put in to my situation. I highly recommend him! Staff was very friendly and comforting as I am not a fan of dental work. They definitely put me at ease and made it the least emotionally painful experience I could have imagined.

So I call and make an appointment for 7am... changed my work schedule so I go in 2 hours later, and so that means I have to work two hours later, which isn’t their fault, that’s part of being an adult... but at 6:50am this morning, as I’m driving to the office, she calls to cancel my appointment.... 10. Minute. Notice. Because the doctor is sick. Which doesn’t mean the whole office is closed, they are still working all day but because I haven’t seen them since 2017, they HAD to cancel on me. Now I understand stuff like this happens but to call 10 mins before an appointment is completely unreasonable and unprofessional..So if you’re a new patient, keep searching and don’t waste your time.

Probably the most gentle dental hygienist I have had the opportunity to have work on my teeth. Most satisfied. I really like going to the dentist - no pain - just a relaxing sit in the chair and a completely painless experience . What more could I ask for? Staff is friendly and genuinely concerned about my welfare and hygienist is quite skilled in her abilities.Actually, this dental visit is more like a visit to a family. Very cordial warm and welcoming.

Awesome! Went here on a referral from a family member and I highly recommend to anyone reading this review. Staff is super friendly and kind. They have the latest equipment to do all procedures right in your chair. Super efficient way to conduct dental exams. You can tell this team is genuine, even at 7am! When leaving, I knew exactly how much I’d be paying at my next visit. Can’t believe I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist again!

Moved out to Warrenton, but could never find a Dentist that didnt take months to get an appointment so we finally thought we should go to Wentzville. Found Premier Dental, and we love them. The Dentist is awesome.

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Doerr and his staff are incredible. Everyone is kind and accommodating. They are great with my 2 and 5 year old as well. I highly recommend them!!

This has been the best experience my family has ever had at a dental office. My 9-year-old daughter had a very bad experience at a previous office and she was dreading her appointment, but Erica, Sara and Dr. Doerr were fantastic and I was so happy to hear her say, Mom, Im not afraid of the dentist anymore! Specifically, everyone who worked with her was not only very friendly, but also took the time to explain absolutely every little step they were taking so she would know exactly what to expect as it was happening.

They are extremely kind, and wonderful at what they do. highly recommend

Have had a deep cleaning, 3 cavities filled, and a root canal in the last couple months after not going to the dentist for way too long. Minimal discomfort during and after the procedures. Everyone is nice. Recommend to all.

Don’t schedule an appt if you want a cleaning and an exam! They will only do one! So you have to take off 2 days to get something done that normally is done at once. Seems like a way to get more money out of insurance companies.

I have a tremendous fear of dentist due to a bad experience over ten years ago. I was referred to Premiere by a friend and went in. The entire staff was kind and compassionate.I needed a tooth extracted and was referred to somewhere else. A week later I called that office explaining that I was still swollen and in pain. They told me to keep warm compresses on it and call back in a couple of days if it wasnt better.I took my son in to premiere dental today and the front office offered to help. Dr. Doerr cleaned out the infected area and put me on antibiotics. He walked me through everything and made me feel very secure with everything. The office staff was so calming and helpful. I would refer Premier Dental to EVERYONE!! I would also like to add that they fixed someone elses mess up without a thought. I am so appreciative of their staff.

Dental tech was the best I ever had. Very thorough and courteous.

Overall, the office was very nice and clean! Water and individual cups of coffee are available in the lobby. New patient paperwork is lengthy and there are multiple release form signatures but the staff is friendly and willing to help throughout the process. My cleaning was pretty uncomfortable the water/ultrasonic wave machine wasnt plesant to say the least and I am pretty tolerant with pain. My hyginist seemed to rush though the polishing part (which is my favorite because I like to have clean, shiny teeth). The office was aware of what my insurance covered throughout my appointment and didnt want to charge anything extra (which I really appreciated). I saw the dentist at the end, he was thorough and friendly. I had a good experience overall and I am happy I chose a dentist so close to home!
