I opened a account and as soon as I put card number on they took 45$ out that was not authorized and the number they gave won’t work they are nothing but thieves and scammers

I just filled out a request for services and realized this was not the group I was supposed to be dealing with but you all had already (within 15 minutes) debit my credit card for th 48.50. After being put on hold for awhile Ryan(probably not his real name) answered. He would not refund me my money only partial for some reason and when I asked for a supervisor, he said none were available. Since I requested to speak to someone now he wont refund me any. I would like to know why. This is bad business and I want my refund

Securetel LLC, specifically Corey Vence, came to house today to upgrade my Dish Network equipment. He was outstanding, top notch professional attitude, neat and clean appearance, thorough in his explanation of the equipment changes, and treated my home with the utmost respect. If I need assistance in the future for upgrades etc I will ALWAYS ask for Corey. The experience was exceptional because of him!!!

I BOUGHT A SATELLITE RECEIVER FOR MY TAILGATER TO USE WHILE CAMPING. USED IT ONCE WORKED GREAT SECOND TIME I TRIED TO USE IT THE RECEIVER WOULD NOT POWER ON. I CALLED TO HAVE IT REPLACED AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO WARRANTY SORRY YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE. I MAY HAVE TOO BUY A NEW ONE YOU CAN BET YOUR ASS IT WILL NOT BE FROM YOU.

This store in wentzville is absolutely useless. Horrible customer service and they are NEVER open when it says they are online. Went 3 times to find a sign on the door saying they were closed early that day. Finally got a human being there and they were incredibly rude and didnt have any of the components in the store that dish said they would.
