Elite Heating and Cooling has saved us twice! Our AC went out just a few months after we purchased our first home. The unit was 20+ years old so we figured we needed to immediately replace the unit. Elite came over and was able to get that old unit working in no time! They were very pleasant to work with and they never pushed or pressured us into replacing our unit. Fast forward to the following summer when I was 8 months pregnant and our unit finally bit the dust... we called them late in the evening shortly after the AC stopped working and they had a technician there the following morning to help us out. I called Elite first thing in the morning, and they were so helpful in getting me a bid. They were up front about what they did and didn’t do, and gave me straightforward, no-BS pricing that was better than the other bids I got. We used Elite Heating & Cooling to inspect the HVAC for one of our Buyers. Easy to schedule the inspection and the Report was legible and professional- a rarity in this industry. While we were with them- they offer a GREAT HVAC Maintenance Program- which we signed up for. They are also testing the Indoor Air Quality of our home so we have that information and can make changes if needed. They are the REAL DEAL when it comes to Service & Professionalism!

We had an air purifying system installed in our house and the results have been amazing. We live in an area where there is a ton of construction so the dust and our childrens allergies were awful. Yes there were some problems at first, however they came each time, fixed the problem without issues. I hired them to do monthly annual maintenance on my system. I had an issue with a commercial cooler on a Friday night. The tech returned my call within minutes and offered to come immediately. It wasnt an emergency for me so we made an appt for the next day at 11:00. He showed up at 11 on the dot, diagnosed my problem (bad motor), had a new one on his truck and fixed it in less than an hour. Very polite, and the price was reasonable. Professionals to the max! not only do they REALLY know what they are doing, but these are simply NICE PEOPLE! HVAC is not a sexy product. Nobody wants to change out their systems. Its GENERALLY scary and opaque and expensive. Elite made the process very HUMAN. They did a super-thorough job, the sales and installation staff were all nice people to the last, and they really went the extra mile to make sure that my system was set up for maximum efficiency and success going forward. And the price they gave me for high end Lennox systems was no more than another vendor offered for much lower-grade Goodman systems. I cant say I ALWAYS make the right choice of vendors, but in this case Im sure I did.

Coldest day of the year and the heater stopped working. My inner dad thermostat notified me when the temperature dropped a degree. I new something was wrong but within 2 hours and only a 5 degree drop indoors, Katie Halfaker Malloy with Elite Heating and Cooling, Indoor Comfort Experts had a technician at my house who got us back up and running.
