Went there to buy gerbils for my son and when I asked them for assistance they told me that they dont sell animals an hour before close (I was a couple minutes shy of the hour requirement). Very frustrating but I did come back at a different time (middle of the day) and purchased the gerbils and the girl was very nice on telling my son tips and tricks for caring for them.

Im a total fan. Everything I need, even if I dont need it. Staff are truly wonderful. Store is always clean, and hardly ever packed. I thank them for going above and beyond their call of duty to help me along with others I see shopping... keep up the amazing work. And cant wait to go back for my next project I will be working on.

Absolutely WORST haircut my labradoodle has ever had! They obviously do not know what they are doing especially when grooming a doodle! I can’t believe I had to pay for this haircut! I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone!

I hate to give them only 3 stars but they need helper or workers. And some with knowledge and personality. I sound do mean but really I am not. Just truthful. They need to smile more and just maybe seem a little excited about helping your customers. ?

Great Cat Food for my Bengal

Complete and total waste of time. My wife booked an appointment for our 4 month old lab mix. No one said anything about need rabies vaccination records,( we have had him vaccinated, he’s up to date). The obviously knew how old he was because the first thing the girl said was “ do you have his rabies vaccination records?” Really? Who carries that around? They said nothing to my wife when she booked the appointment. Horrible customer service. They don’t have the market cornered on dog grooming. I’ll go somewhere that wants my business.

Best place to get pet tags made. Had originally tried to get one made at Walmart across town and the machine was working fine up tell check out and then crapped out while still trying to charge me. So just make sure you come to petsmart instead, they have a larger selection of tags available in all sizes and shapes and depending on the tag you choose you can even get a custom design put onto the front of the tags which is supper cool!

I taken my cat there every 6 months. She gets her check up. I enjoy talking with her vet. She always let me know if I need to to change anything that helps Pearl stay healthy. They also have a large inventory on anything I need for Pearl, I also have a rabbit they also have lots of goodies for him. 🐈🐇🙂

This was my first time visiting with my fur-baby. There was a mix-up in the online scheduler, so I arrived on the wrong day. Nick stepped up to take care of Jada. Shes 14 years old, blind, and definitely nervous, but as I dropped her off, she was curling right up to him, and Nick was still gently caring for her when I came back for her. Ill definitely be back, knowing that my little girl was so comforted during what is usually a freak-out for her. Thank you, Nick!

If you need something right away, or just want to browse with your pet with you, this is a fun place to go. However, I still have a problem with their huge markups. I honestly find the exact same products on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. We would probably go to PetSmart more often if they didnt mark up their products so high. One note: they do sell deer antlers as well as rawhide and these last much longer and have marrow in them that our dogs will even share to chew on. Im not sure you can get that on Amazon. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

I have been purchasing from the Petsmart in Wentzville for many years. I have purchased products for my dog, cat, and fish including multiple aquariums and live fish. This evening I drove 30 minutes from Winfield Missouri to purchase nerite snails. I was told that they have them in stock, however they do not sell live animals within the last hour of operation. I asked why, I was told it’s because they need to care for their sick animals. My first thought was why do they have so many sick animals? I have never once heard of this policy. I have purchased many snails in the past, I know late in the evening. I will take my business elsewhere such as Lynn’s pets.

My husband and I took our german shepherd for a grooming, Mars was awesome! This was our first time taking Petey, our dog to be groomed since we got him. We were a little nervous on how he would do, he did great. Mars was so nice, explained things thourghly and took care of our furry kid. Thank you Mars for outstanding service!!

Very unprofessional groomer and management doesnt care. My dog which has been going to their groomer for a year now was denied service due to rabies vaccine. They would not look in their system to see he doesnt need it again till 2023. When I brought this to her attention she hung the phone up on me. I then took the paper work and showed the manager that they were wrong and he had no concern what so ever. I will definitely never spend another dime here. What happened to good customer service seems like no one cares these days.

Never usually have an issue with this place but recently they have just not cared about there customers as much as they used to. I always go there to buy my crickets for my animals and always get large well the lady there on april 1st 2021, sold me small crickets instead of the large i asked for then the lady at the register proceddedd to charge me for large when they were not large at all n i even told her that they were smalls not large. ive been buying large crickets from them for over 2 years n know for a fact they over charged me for them when they werent the correct size at all

First time as a grooming customer I felt wonderful after my pets appointment. Her first time appointment went splendid. She was happy and looked completely comfortable with things she didn’t like. I’m super happy for this experience. Ask for Leslie, she did a terrific job in grooming my pet and was able To get the task done with my wild pup! Thank you PetSmart!!!

Lost an item here. Realized I left it there by the cashier before I even left their parking lot. Went back in to retrieve it and the cashier, Emma, told me that she had thrown my item away in their store trash already!!! Frustrated I spoke to Lauren Welch, the self-proclaimed manager on duty. She refused to address the situation at all, and it felt like I was speaking with a child. Asking about their policies regarding lost items and if it was customary for them to discard items in a potentially contaminated trash, I asked if a lost phone would’ve been discarded in their trash as quickly. She sarcastically informed me “It would have”. Lauren then became absolutely irate during the conversation and began taunting me to call corporate. After requesting the phone number, she told me to “Google it myself” and that she “doesn’t know the number since she doesn’t call it”! Appalled. Immature handling and nothing will be done. Run by a bunch of teenagers, or the most immature adults I’ve ever spoken to. Avoid this place.

The employee Britany, was just terrible. Seemed fine until she asked us what pets we had, and once she heard we had a turtle, refused to sell us any fish, even though it was a BOX turtle, because she claimed its main food source was fish. Seriously. She made a whole scene, and made us very uncomfortable. Even after explaining that it was a TERRESTRIAL turtle, and the fishtank was a SEPERATE thing, she ended up selling us a couple guppies, but mumbled the whole time about it saying its against policy. Completely incapable pet store employee, cant believe they let people like her work there, just insane.

They have just about anything you need for just about any kind of pet. Pet adoption events too so even if you dont already have a pet, you might find the perfect one at PetSmart. My dog loves going in there too, just to meet new people and visit w other animals. Its a fun little field trip for her.

Not only are thier reptile ill kept but they constantly forget items on my curbside pickups and have to refund them and then today someone who claimed to be management picked up the phone while I was on hold and began to talk ill of another customer. Dont recommend this place. Ill be doing all my pet business with lynns pets in Wentzville

My first time using curbside and it was a breeze!! I appreciated not having to go in and get to close to other shoppers with this pandemic. PetSmart made me feel like my health and safety was their concern as well. I highly recommend the 1 hour curbside service. Great job!!

Petsmart grooming is pretty hit or miss. A few weeks ago I got my dog groomed by Elle.So far, she.does a really good job and Ive been happy.

My grandma got some fish from here one day. She also got two frogs. Also one day me and my sister seen a dead fish at the bottom of a tank. Oh yeah we also got two birds from them. Their names are Floki and Rio. They had a lot of kids. Now we have 7 birds at the moment.

Went on Sunday nov 15th to get my kiddos some fish for there new fish tank they gave me two itty bitty fish and a fish little bigger then the 2 and its Thursday now and one if the small ones they gave me already died when they told me the guppies was good the guy I get they are cheapest ones you guys have but still upsets to only have for about 4 days and already dying def will not come back to this location unless can give me another fish for free or something I wont be back the bigger fish is acting like he gonna die to I got them for my little kids for there first pet kinda disappointed!!!

They basically have everything you need for your pet all in one place including grooming and even surgeries. Another bonus is if you find a price online from PetSmart that is cheaper they will match it at the store.

I’m unbelievably upset. Walked into the store hoping to get some fish..I was so disappointed. I walked to the fish area and saw the bettas in small cups, on the bottom of the cups. Then I saw something that outraged me.There was a tank of goldfish and ALL of the fish in the tank were dead at the bottom of it.I was stunned. No one was there removing the fish, nothing. Just a tank of dead fish. In another tank there were multiple dead fish, again. No one was removing them. It makes me wonder how much petsmart really cares for their animals.

Cant/wont order regularly stocked items in. I called to order in an aquarium lid and was told that if it wasnt in this weekend then it wont be in today and the guy just hung up on me. I was kind and respectful, the associate treated me like a nuisance. Additionally when I did buy fish there, got them home, put in isolation only to find they had ick. They had a number of fish with ammonia poisoning sitting out on the sales floor floating at the bottom of the tank. A number of them already dead. I wont return here.

After so many frustrating experience with the fancy place at WingHaven, I gave this place a try on a total whim. From the seamless online booking experience to the FRIENDLY and HELPFUL team greeting us when we arrived to the gorgeous job they did on my dog, I am thrilled with this experience. HOPE was my groomer and she went above and beyond to make save my pups knotted coat and make her shine so pretty. I cant wait to go back!
