I was at the post office and one of their employees pulled up next to me in a hurry and opened his door of there work truck and hit my truck. Then he just stared and me and walked in not even Acknowledging what he had done. If this is how there employees act I would never use this service.

This company exceeded my expectations. The technician who showed up was extremely professional and educational. Not only did he take precautions to protect my family and pets from his normal duties, he also took precautions to protect my family and himself against all the COVID19 threats. The technician also educated me in building good habits to prevent infestations, and how to spot them myself. After servicing my home the technician told me to call back if any pests were spotted and he would return promptly. Its been over a week and I have not seen a single pest. Cant recommend this company enough!

Wish I would have known or seen these reviews prior to me hiring Remedy Pest Control. I was not told about an annual contract when the man on the phone told me the 1st service is typically 165, but he would discount it to 65 since they were going to be in my area. My specific problem was Japanese Beetles eating all of my flowering plants. They came out and sprayed on a Saturday and there were even more beetles on Monday. I called the company and they told me I had to wait 7 days. I told them they were supposed to kill the bugs on Saturday. She tried to explain to me that they use an attractant that will begin killing in 7- 10 days. I told her had I known they were going to use an attractant to rapidly kill my roses, I certainly would not have paid for that service. They are going to send out someone else, against their 7 day waiting period policy. (Only 4 days since their first service). I sure as heck hope that the treatment tomorrow is a killer and not a picnic invitation! I cannot recommend this company.

My wife and I were duped by Remedy Pest Control. The Serviceman was supposedly spraying our neighbors home and offered a special rate to do our home. My wife was home alone with the kids and called me to see if I approved. I told the guy on the phone that would be fine for a onetime service and we paid the bill. We didnt see or hear from them for months, so we both forgot about them. We ended up starting another service, but Remedy Pest, or at least a Remedy bill just kept showing up stating they had sprayed our home, but neither I nor my wife ever saw them. I tried calling them SEVERAL times over a year to resolve the issue, but I have never gotten an answer. I have not paid a bill in over a year, but this week I got another bill for $534 (six visits spread out over two years). I called 4 different times leaving multiple voicemails and NEVER got an answer or callback response! I cannot stress this enough, dont do business with these people! Deceit and intimidation are how they make their money!

Used Remedy for a year when they did a neighborhood deal back in 2014 - after the initial year was over I heard nothing about renewing and my services stopped (they used to call the day before to remind me they would be out.... left an invoice in the mailbox and a card/advertisement at the door). Then in 2016 (out of the blue) I received an invoice for over $300 - they stated that they had in face been servicing my house (insane)!! I called, sent them a letter, then a certified letter and heard NOTHING back until a collections company called. The collection company asked me to contact Tyler at Remedy .... Tyler has several voicemails from me and not 1 call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Im reporting them to the BBB.

I hired them to do quarterly service on the outside and the inside of my house. I notified them that I could only be serviced on certain days because I have to work and I would not be able to let them inside to spray. On every occasion when they went to spray, they would not show up on the agreed time and at random times/days. I tried calling their main office 3 separate times during 8 am and 5 pm on 3 separate days and I always received the answering machine. I left multiple messages to please remedy the situation. I did not receive any call back. The last message I left was to cancel my service. I also sent a letter to cancel my service. Many months later I received a collections letter stating I owed them money. Apparently they kept spraying the outside of my home but I did not know since they would always spray when I was not at home. Also, I couldnt get in touch with anyone. This company is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. Do yourself a favor and choose another pest control company.

I have been with Remedy for almost 3 years and never had any problems with the quality of service, the technicians are alway very polite and easy to talk with, if you have problems they will always help you with anything you need. The price is great and the dont charge you for every little thing. I have recomended them to everyone i know and will continue to do so .Remedy is the best pest control company have ever been with by far.

I used remedy for years but when I moved and terminated my services 3 years ago, first off they were impossible to reach. I left numerous messages trying to get in contact with someone and they never returned my call. So I finally left a message saying I wanted to cancel service. Meanwhile they went to my old address and had sprayed a vacant dental property. I called again and finally spoke with someone who told me that they would cancel my service and would go ahead and take off the charge. I never received another Bill. So imagine my surprise when I literally just checked my credit 3 years letter and they Have me in a collection agengency for $178. Extremely unethical! Will never use or recommend them again!

I had a mouse problem on my farm, ive tried everything of the shelf so i hired Remedy, and within a week, i didnt see and any signs of mice, GREAT COMPANY!!!
