Pizza was fine, the star is sue to the size of the actual pizza vs what it was supposed to be. Pizza was supposed to be 16-18 inches and this one missed the mark by a fair amount. At its widest points is was about 13x14.5 Will have to try them again to see if it was a fluke or not.

Pizza, for a wedding dinner?! Yes, Jill and Steven and their team truly made our wedding reception pizza dreams come true! They were professional, responsive, and friendly, and they helped so much with our planning process and the actual event day. (We didn’t have a professional day-of coordinator, so this was a huge stress for us!) Their catering expertise showed by how smoothly things went from cocktail hour through dinner. The appetizers and pizza were amazing, and all of our 135 guests were happy and full. Embers went above and beyond our expectations, including Jill’s addition of beautiful fresh flowers to the buffet tables and letting us capture a photo tasting the first pizza slice of the night. My husband and I highly recommend them to any other couple looking for something outside the standard wedding dinner, or anyone else who needs an event catered.

We hired Embers Mobile Wood Fired Pizza to cater our wedding and I couldnt have been happier with our choice to do so. The pizza was a hit with our guests and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend them!
