Bought a washing machine at Lowe’s. Their selection of in-stock washers is awesome, I went to the other home improvement store across town and they didn’t have anything in stock, everything was special order. I highly recommend Lowe’s!

Staff never seems outgoing or willing to help me find items I need. Seems if your looking around for assistance the generally walk the other way 🤔. This is mainly at the Wentzville store and Zumbehl store the OFallon and Lake St.Louis stores are much better. Though lately most of my landscaping and home improvement purchases have gone to Home Depot though the store is unorganized they are all over ya offering to help.

I will never order online again.I placed an order online for delivery x amount of money was taken off of my card. We decided to go pick up a few of said items since we were in town and still have the rest delivered. Was charged y amount for those few items.Was told that x amount was just a hold and when they were sent out for delivery the remaining would be put back on my card. Well this was not the case.Got a call that delivery would not be made because of an issue with my card. I had to call the 1800 number just to be told that i would have to pay z amount even though x was still on hold!When i called to cancel order I was told by a manager Tiana that i would only be getting a PORTION of x back because of what we picked up! She would NOT listen! Very rude! I tried to stay respectful because this whole thing was not her fault but when she continued to argue with me and not even listen and think about what i was saying i had to request to speak with someone else.This manager i believe his name was Tony, listened and investigated and in the end was able to tell me full x amount would be put back.This was definitely a learning experience and I will not be ordering ANYTHING online from this store.

Employees are rude, misleading sale practices, we bought primo water cooler and 6-5gal water jugs, which they claimed were a deposit and refill exchange, but they are constantly out of refills and refuse to give deposit back, done shopping at lowes! They wonder why people are buying everything on Amazon.

I’d give this store 0 stars if I could. I will never shop this store again. We had a refrigerator scheduled for delivery on a Tuesday, it arrived damaged. Sent back to the store and exchanged it for one that we could get sooner instead of reordering the same one. New one was supposed arrive on Thursday. They never confirmed my order and wouldn’t answer my calls to confirm, so we were unable to receive the delivery on Thursday. Rescheduled for Friday, no fridge arrived. Rescheduled for Saturday, no fridge arrived. Rescheduled for Sunday and was guaranteed delivery by noon. It is now 2:20pm and still no refrigerator. They say now it will arrive by 4:35, but I honestly have my doubts that it is on the truck at all.This store has now wasted my time for the last 6 days and their customer service/delivery team seems like the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever talked to.Do not shop the Wentzville Lowe’s!

Sold me a Moen shower head as new. It wasnt. Saw the package was discreetly taped together when I go home. Washers were missing. When I called, was told to bring it back for a replacement. No real concern on there part. No offer of compensation. Amazon has it for $20 cheaper. 4 trips back and forth. Nonsense.

If I could give no stars, I certainly would. Signed a contract for a fence install in January 2021. The company that installed it in February did a terrible job. Pickets were not nailed/screwed in, all pickets different shapes, sizes, and lengths. Looks like Tetris out there. The gate came open everytime the wind blew. The hardware started to rust a month in. The wood quality was mediocre at best. Been told nothing but lies about what, when, and where they were going to fix by both Lowes and the installer. Communication between Lowes and installer was horrendous and when information was delivered it was only because we communicated it. When confronted with lies, they covered up with other lies. Came to do another install as they agreed it was shotty work and it looks worse!!! The only communication we get is when we initiate the call. Examples include we will call you back in a week. We give them time and wait two weeks then we have to call and leave messages! SOO DONE WITH THIS PROJECT!!!They did not come in cheaper by any means, I just thought we could trust them. Clearly we were wrong!!! Looking for a fence install STAY FAR AWAY FROM LOWES!

Fully stocked and plenty of helpful staff around to assist. Clean and sanitized. Staff all wear masks and they do request that shoppers do too but not heavily enforced for those that choose not to. Way better than the other place in town.

Called the cabinet department no one answered. Went up there and no one could help me order a replacement door. I called the LSL store and they were very polite and helpful. Had the door on order the next day and Scott emailed me the day after with an estimated delivery date.

Social Etiquette= the customary code of polite behavior in society. Personal Morals in society= treat others are you want to be treated. I was (yes past tense) a Lowe’s customer witness to a deplorable exchange at Lowe’s earlier today. I witnessed a large food delivery to some Lowe’s employees, and then witnessed the lack of general social skills, gratitude and gratuity. Those all go hand in hand. It is utterly disgusting to witness working class employees (Lowe’s) demean delivery drivers and refuse to show gratitude.... after all they too are receivers of foul human behavior. Lowe’s needs to enforce a training on Emotional Intelligence and how it should be applied at work and in society. The delivery fee on your receipts are for the employers, not the drivers. Remember, for your convince these drivers use their own time (low paying), their own vehicles to bring your food to you..... ALWAYS with a smile and willingness to help you with your request. It is then the social norm, to then provide a minimum of 15% gratuity of the entire bill. I personally, always (yes, even with terrible service) provide 20% gratuity. Maybe, just maybe it’s just what that unhappy person needed to boost their day. This is only one of the things wrong with today’s society. People, you are now on front street naked and everyone is staring at your lack of human decency. I personally believe that all employers who get reports of lack of minimum 15% gratuity, need to refuse delivery services and require pick up orders only. To be honest, employers should auto include it at checkout. If you don’t want to pay for it, DON’T ORDER IT! Deplorable behavior, shame on you all! I call out everyone I see and where I see it. More people should do the same!

It was an ok store overall. Everything felt over priced compared to competitors everything was a few dollars more compared to buying the same thing elsewhere. Customer service was ok. One instance a staff member didnt know where to find a common appliance. Another instance they came off rude when asking for assistance. In the future ill just choose another home improvement store with better service.

This was not a good experience at all! We were in the garden area and asked the lady where I could find a certain type of mulch, she pointed me in the area where the mulch was but didn’t offer help and there was 2 guys there 1 on a forklift and the other standing there talking to the other. I finally found the mulch and had to load it myself 5 bags from the shelf to cart to car. I asked for help several times with no help.I guess that’s why I always go to Home Depot and not Lowe’s they are quick to help you will put it in the cart take it to your car and all of that Lowes I couldn’t get any help from anyone. Very disappointed and not to mention I have a hurt leg on top of it. The 1 star is for sale pricing. Will not be back!!

Order fence from this store. First Lady didn’t put fence post on order and when delivered couldn’t put fence up. So had to make a new order and pay delivery fees again. Told order was going to be at my house Friday. Call store and they tell me next Friday now. Lady was so rude on the phone and just hung up. $5000 order bet they won’t respond

Been working with 4 different companies to do a kitchen remodel. The green and the orange box stores plus a small kitchen store. Lowes by far has been the most helpful, knowledgeable, and when all is said and done they gave me the best price no waiting for instore credit rebates. They by far have earned their 4 stars. Bought all my new appliances, kitchen cabinets, flooring for the entire first floor and everything needed to do the job. Great working with them. Hats off to Kenny in the kitchen department in Wentzville. Job well done.

I had to order two locks online that they did not have in stock. (No big deal!) Brought the locks in to be keyed-alike, waited for 15 minutes for somebody to show up. I asked twice when someone finally came he didnt know how to rekey! He paged a manager on duty and I waited another 15 minutes and nobody came!! Horrible service, walked out after 30 minutes of waiting!!!

Since the pandemic hit, my wife and I have been doing a lot of work in the yard. Weve found the garden department at Lowes to be MUCH easier to get in and out of than the place with the big orange sign. No waiting in line to go through the store when all you need is a few things that are all OUTSIDE. Just so you can go through the same checkout lane as everyone else, no matter what theyre buying. Much better arrangement. Of course, you can still go inside and get all the OTHER stuff youre looking for but you dont have to.

On this Sunday afternoon I went to the lumber dept. and the worker (Dan) was the greatest. Answering the phone, helping co-workers, cutting boards for myself and a customer who just got turned down by Home Depot. It was hot that day and Dan never complained about the work and just managed his time very well. That day Lowes was the best. And Dan will have me going back.

As a former lowes employee from a different branch this is a garbage store. I love lowes but this one sucks. We live in wentzville and drive 20 minutes to go to ofallon because they actually help you there. All the workers here need to be taught customer service.

I went to Lowe’s remolding 2 bathrooms at work. I was assisted by Ken in plumbing. He was extremely helpful, walking through all the items I would need. I appreciate the Lowe’s app, it keeps track of all my purchases, and also being a veteran I get additional discount. I would highly recommend Ken as well as Lowe’s.

After spending a significant amount money for both personal & business purchases over the last 4 years at this location, I was very disappointed in their willingness to replace my refrigerator that I bought from another location. Between Frigidaire & Lowe’s, Ive been waiting on both to follow back with me about replacing the refrigerator I bought last September. Normally, we buy from the Wentzville location but had to find a refrigerator we wanted in stock at St. Charles location. We normally buy 90% of our stuff at Wentzville. Frigidaire who was poor on communication as well but sent me to Wentzville, the closest location for my replacement. They were supposedly knew nothing of this warranty replacement & were not really interested in giving up a refrigerator from their inventory. They pushed Frigidaire to get it from the other store in St. Charles. I’ve been waiting to hear back from Frigidaire & Lowe’s management from St. Charles for 3 days & still nothing. So I called today, & talked to a lady named Tonya at St. Charles who has been the only one that sounds genuine in helping me. At this time, I am done buying anymore Frigidaire products & with Lowe’s at Wentzville. My business will either go to the St. Charles store or Home Depot In Wentzville.

I had been looking online for a carport for months. Wentzville Lowe’s said they had 2 in stock online. I went in store and went to the exact location the item was supposed to be and it wasn’t there. I talked to a young lady and she said, I’m sorry our online mustn’t be accurate. When I got home I decided to call the store and ask for someone to check into it further for me. I talked to Blake in the lumber department who went over and beyond the call of duty and found the carport. He even put my name on it for me. My husband and I go to pick up the carport and Blake helped my husband load it in our vehicle. My husband decided to check the box before we left and we only had the frame and it said box 2 of 3. I go back in the store and Andrew helps me and comes out to see the problem. He told my husband and I to wait while he goes to find the other boxes. We waited approximately 30 minutes and Andrew comes out with the other two boxes. Andrew then tells us if anything is missing to take pictures and they would be more than happy to refund us if anything was missing. Fortunately when we finally got our carport together all of the pieces were there. If only we could have this type of excellent customer service at every store. Kudos to these two guys. Thank you!

I really like home improvement stores! My favorite place to go here is the garden center. The vast variety of plants, shrubs and flowers makes it hard to choose from. The employees are very knowledgeable and they are eager to share their knowledge and be of help should I need it. They have sales and discounts daily which is great for my pocket. The vast array of products available for every need makes this a great place to shop for my home improvement needs.

FAIR WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG or LG WASHER/DRYER!! Its ridiculous that they can sell Samsung/ LG washer/dryer appliances but if you have any kind of issues or problems like me on a Samsung set over $2,000 and parts are not available in the United States....what a joke!
