This place needs some work to make it a much better place. 1. The fan over the vending machines has so much dust build up on it, it looks like it has not been cleaned in years. 2 the carts to put your laundry in wheels have so many strings caught in them they dont roll very well. 3. Clean you machine coin deposit slots so you dont have to bang on the machine to put the coins in.You own a business that no one mans do some work to at least make it so that customers have it easier to use your equipment. What I am talking might take you 1 to 2 hours to fix.

This place is dirty. I put $5.00 in the change machine, it gave me $4.75 😑 luckily Im just washing my comforter..

Ok. It is a place to go with fair prices and working machines. Not their fault customers dont know to pour detergent into machine. I peeled a detergent box from the washer, because they thought the whole box should be used.GOES TO SHOW YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN IT ALL.

Not always the cleanest but machines work well and the dryers are amazing

Sad. Place is unkept. Dryer sheets strewn everywhere, trash can overfilled and running over and soap dispenser is out of soap.Very sad.

Small laundromat conveniently located compact the clean organized but all the machines work except for one I think met some of the coolest people up there. Laundry its always an adventure LOL

While the old upright machines are cheap (1.50usd) they dont work; at least the ones to the right side (upon entering the building) dont.No hot water and they also must have some blocked plumbing as it literally takes most of the cycle time filling the drum. Owner has been notified but I doubt anything will be done about it. Id only use this place as an absolute last resort.

They have the absolute worst customer service Ive EVER experienced at any business in my entire life.I was threatened and kicked out while the whole towns under a flood advisory - while I had clothes still in the dryer mind you - all because I looked poor and had my touring bike with all my stuff tied to it so he assumed I was homeless( and this after spending a good fifty to sixty bucks there that morning ).I will NEVER go there again.

I have been here a few times. And I havent had any problems. I use the big washer and dryers and I think it could use a timer you can see so you know exactly how long your clothes had left during the cycle. But its not a big deal. I like that it is 24 hours and they have a place where you can get quarters inside. Very good experience.

Inexpensive machines, quiet and clean!

They were not really busy when I arrived around 8:45 on I believe a Saturday night. That was extremely pleasing. Theyre machines were in great working condition and did a fantastic job washing and drying all of my clothes. I probably had twelve regular sized loads of laundry to do and was able to wash and dry all of it in about an hour or less if I remember correctly. Friendly atmosphere for a laundry mat. Very clean and neat. The restrooms were very clean as well. Great job out there to the owner(s) of that wonderful place in Wentzville

Occasionally I have to use the laundry mat. I must say that this one is of my liking as it offers 24 hour services. Ive never experienced any waiting for machines. Another plus is the selection of many load size machines.

Decent laundromat however the machines to get product out of were not stocked and took my money there was nothing that told me where I could get my money back or who I could contact and I work third shift so I was there in the middle of the night because thats when Im awake and there was young kids wearing masks and that was kind of an uneasy feeling for me I dont like not being able to see peoples faces especially at night kind of sketchy so always be on your toes and prepared for anything just saying

Not too bad of place unless its crowded. It can get crammy easy beings its a small place. Soda machine will steal your money and detergent dispenser has to be against code. You need something long and sturdy to pry back your dispensed detergent.. otherwise you will cut your hand trying to reach for it. Oh and.. cock roaches in the bathroom.

Its a little pricey. Theres a man inside that has an apartment with the door open. Although it makes you feel a little safer having him there. Its also awkward looking into his room. Maybe he should stay outside during hours or have the door shut. One or the other

A decent place to do laundry while traveling.

Good place if you dont have a washer or dryer or if yours broke, though people dont let the washer dry out after they use them.

Its a nice clean Laundromat..the only thing I dont like... there is no attendant on duty..they do leave a number to reach them, but I am think someone should be here..its only 7:30pm.

This place is so gross and dirty. My daughter had to use the restroom and i had to hold her over the toilet because there was dried poop all over the back of the seat. it looks like he hasnt been cleaned in months. we will never come back. so gross!
