After receiving a family heirloom I was able to drop in and check out it’s value. Unfortunately the ring was costume jewelry but the Staff was VERY Friendly and empathetic to my loss. Very welcoming and hospitable. Everything was clean and eye catching! I will be back for all my Jewelry Needs!

So I bought a Nixon Patrol watch on Amazon at a discounted price. Once the watched arrived it was dead on arrival. Took it to lake st. Louis Wal-Mart thinking it was a dead battery. It wasnt. The second hand would tick and then stop intermittently. Looked up jewelers in my area and Marks had the best reviews so took the watch to him. Within a few minutes he found the problem. There was a small piece of plastic that was lodged and causing the problem. Watch works perfectly now! Will definitely be going back in the future. Great customer service.
