Im very happy with this company and the quality of work they provided. It was difficult finding a company that would call me back or come to my area and Glass Guru was very responsive. I believe her name is Susan in the office? She was always kind and thorough every time we spoke. Kevin arrived right on time, got to work, and was done in a little over an hour. The window has been shattered and now is good as new. Very pleased! I definitely recommend this company.

They replaced 9 windows in my atrium that had failed. I had the glass but needed it installed and had difficulty finding someone willing to do the job. Kevin did an excellent job even going beyond and removing the tinting that was left on the 2 windows that werent replaced. It was a difficult job working in a narrow area with large windows 2 stories up and the price was very reasonable. The pictures are from before the work.

Appointment set on timely basis. Showed on time, professional, glass installed without any issues and cost reasonable.

Amazing results with professional services. I had very oxidized double pain broken seals and my budget could not afford to replace all 13 windows. Gregg helped us see how replacement of just the glass would be less expensive and top notch repair. They look great and the seals are strong. I just had six windows replaced by this company and the overall experience was excellent. We are very happy with the windows but more importantly the service was outstanding. Because the new glass was slightly heavier than the original, one of the windows was sliding down when unlocked. I called their office and they sent Kevin (the installer) back out the next business day and he took care of the issue and was very pleasant in doing so. Everyone I interacted w/ from this company provided excellent customer service. From the guy who quoted the job (I think he might have been the owner) to the lady I spoke with at the office several times, to Kevin the installer. Extremely happy with our entire experience and would/will recommend at first opportunity.

Greg and Kevin replaced 3 windows in my home....they were here at the time they promised and completed the work as bid. I recommend Glass Guru, you will not be dissappointed.

I called Gregg to replace a tricky old window in the front of my house (part of a 9 pane window). He was able to come out on the same day to give me a quote and gave me options on how the job could be done depending on my budget. I scheduled with his associate who came out and did a wonderful job on this (surely frustrating) window. One piece of glass was too small for the window and the other had a chip in it, so he went to a local hardware store and purchased a new piece of glass, cut it on site and replaced it. The whole job took about 2.5 hours and he cleaned up everything and left the house in perfect shape. The whole process from scheduling to completion was seamless. Not to mention Greggs quote was significantly lower than several other local glass repair companies. Wont use anyone else for glass work!
