Kraner Dentistry always goes above and beyond, my kids actually get excited about going to the dentist. Besides the tv’s on the ceilings for them to watch while they’re getting work done, they’re patient and do a phenomenal job of explaining everything their doing and tips for home. My son recently got some work done on his birthday and they even had a nice surprise waiting for him when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Kraner Family Dentistry is FANTASTIC! When we moved to Wentzville, I was afraid that we would have to go through several dentists to find one that we loved. Kraner was the first and we wont go anywhere else. Their office is beautiful, their staff is kind, their hygienists are gentle, and their doctors are knowledgeable and wonderful. I have never once felt like they were trying to get me to do more work that was necessary. I always leave with teeth that are very clean and feeling great! I have NEVER left with throbbing gums after my cleaning from a hygienist that was too rough. They use ultrasonic cleaning and have top of the line instruments. I am confident that I am getting excellent dental care. They also have TV screens on the ceilings for you to watch whatever you want on or offer music to you. They make you as comfortable as you want to be. You will not be disappointed when you give Kraner Family Dentistry a try!!!!!

It was our first visit here and my 3yr olds first dentist visit, ever. We had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, Ali did a phenomenal job introducing the tools and explaining step by step what she would be doing to my child. They had a tv mounted to the ceiling and provided headphone. They did all they could to ensure my child was in a comfortable environment and respected my child. Dr. Brad did really well with my daughter as well and explained what he was doing as well so as to ensure my daughter would be okay with her teeth being poked. All in all a great first time experience. Thank you!!

After having a terrible experience at my previous dentist, Kraner Family Dentist took their time to calm my nerves and explain everything in detail to me. My hygienist, Ann, was super sweet and so easy to talk to and Dr. Sutton was so thorough and genuinely seemed like she cared. I can’t recommend this office enough!

My kids were very relaxed and enjoyed their dentists visits here. They were first time patients and they were very comfortable. They did need some fillings but they used a better method then when I was a child. Dr. Kraner is very good with the kids and all the staff was excellent also. He even did all the cavities the day of so I did not need to come back. I was so thankful for the one time visit and next time hopefully just a cleaning. I made my appointment next.

My experience at Kraner was better than any ordinary dentist I’ve visited before. Very friendly staff, welcoming environment, & little to no wait time. They have TVs on the ceilings so when you are laying back to get your teeth cleaned you can watch Netflix instead of staring at the ceiling like most dental offices. They also gave me a goody bag for my first visit and I received a nice hand written thank you note in the mail too. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I appreciate that they focus on the little things to make patients feel comfortable.

I was worried about how the kids would do at dentists, but the staff made my kids feel super comfortable! Love all the things they have to help keep them distract. My son even told me he wanted to go back soon, so they are obviously doing something right.

Its been years since I have been to the dentist and I had a pretty tough tooth extraction. Dr Brad and his assistant did amazing. They helped me remain calm, and talked to me through the whole procedure. Was able to watch Netflix to keep my mind distracted. They were patient and kind. Thank you guys.

My first time to this dentist. Very clean facility. My hygienist was pleasant and very thorough. I had lost a filling in a molar and the tooth was chipping and showing additional damage. Kristin said she wasn’t sure it was something that could be filled again, but Dr. Matt could better diagnose.He suggested a porcelain overlay. Was impressed by state of the art equipment that measured my tooth in order to create the piece to fill the hole in my tooth. The piece of porcelain was created, it was then inserted in order to be sure it was a good fit. Then removed to be “cooked” in the oven. Everything was done in one day at their facility. All of the technicians were very professional, kind and considerate of my comfort. My teeth feel clean, my overlay is smooth and looks great. Highly recommended this dentist!

I can not rave enough about how much my family loves this dentist. They are extremely great at what they do. From the front desk to the dental chair they are friendly, caring and make sure you are completely comfortable. I could not have asked for a better office to look after my teeth. My wife and I recently moved to Wentzville and needed a new dentist. The staff members were warm and inviting and I can say without exaggeration the visit was the least stressful dentist visit Ive ever had. One of the nicest people Ive met in general and someone who truly loves and cares about what she does every day. Walks you through everything she is doing and tailors to the clients needs. Phenomenal! First time patient and I’ve never felt more welcomed! They made you feel like family and cared to get to know you personally. I did not feel like I was rushed, or just another customer. I went to Kraner Family Dentistry because I had a very painful tooth and was new to the area. Not only did they get me in right away but when my tooth needed a specialists to pull it...they called Dr Tintendo and got me in that very day as well. Everyone in the office is very kind, welcoming and most importantly, understanding. AND I’m excited to go back to continue my dental care.

Went in today for my 6 month cleaning from the amazing Melissa as usual on the newly expanded side this morning! I LOVE the new updated features and equipment! That’s the kicker….they are reasonable and work with you!! Best dentist I have ever been to and cannot say enough about them!!!!

They even look forward to getting their cavities filled. They offer gas for a one time fee and keeps the kids calm and relaxed. They have TVs above the dental chair and the kids get to pick whatever they want to watch on Netflix or Disney+5 Stars from my kids and 5 stars from me!

Haven’t been to a dentist in some time, was very apprehensive to go back.I was treated with the most respect.They also actually care about you as a person and your comfort level. Dr. Matt has assembled quite an impressive team of confident professionals that truly seem to care about each and every patient. They have all of the latest technology at their disposal to ensure a thorough and comprehensive checkup. And if/when a problem arises the staff has the equipment and expertise to resolve it as quickly and painlessly as possible. Dr.Matt himself came in on a Saturday afternoon to make and place a crown for a tooth that broke on Friday night. I recommend KFS to anyone who has had less than desirable dental experiences in the past.
