This is a fantastic American business manufacturing incredibly high quality print and packaging needs for my business. I have dealt with numerous packaging suppliers and brokers and many of them do the bare minimum. Not Elite. They go above and beyond every step for their customer. Their attention to detail on every job gives me great peace of mind and allows me to focus on other aspects of my business. They get things right the first time, every time, which is hard to do in this business. My rep Devin follows up with us regularly to make sure they are meeting our expectations. He even flew out to Atlanta from Missouri to the NACS trade show to hand deliver us prototype display cases to make sure we had the latest and greatest displays to showcase to buyers. Who does that? Devin does. Elite does. They have earned our business and will earn yours too. Elite Printing and Packaging have helped our sales immensely because the packing they manufacture is incredibly high quality, their capabilities are vast so I dont have to use multiple vendors for different types of packaging, and their factory is located here in the great USA. Kyle Salathe and everyone at Elite have been awesome to work with. We are a super small company, just starting out, and feel like we received the same care and professionalism that we would have if we were one of their larger customers. Many of us on here repeatedly get hit up by sales reps from a number of companies. Most dont bother to actually look as see what we do before pitching a service that isnt needed (protip: I sell petfood, I dont care about your website security services).Shoutout to Xavier from Elite Printing. They have deep pet industry experience with some of the biggest and most complex pet manufacturers in the country and they can nail projects from small to large.

I ordered acrylic elevator button pushers during COVID. They answered my email immediately and even sourced another acrylic supplier when the first one had long lead times. The entire order was very quick, especially during COVID, but would be quick even without COVID. Thumbs up!

The shipping department was courteous in greeting. Unfortunately their math was off by almost 4000 pounds which made our load overweight by 1700 pounds. After scaling we had to go back and unload some of the freight. Again they were polite and worked quickly to resolve the issue. New product and different weights caused the miscalculation and is understandable. However, dont have young people with no communication skills be the front lines of your company. The young man that answered the phone had no professional etiquette. No clarification of job title or name. Curt replies. Used the term Whatever when saying we would have to return for them to fix their mistake. I can see a definite endeavour to have a young and professional crew here and even with the miscalculation and backtracking wouldve still given a higher rated review. It just goes to show how 1 person can really affect the positive things you are trying to create and maintain.

I have been delivering there every week for the last 2 years.Wonderful crew of young people have always treated me with respect.

Pleasant place to pick up a load. What you see on Google sat view is as busy as it gets. Not a mall as it looks like at first glance.
