The kiosk is installed poorly. I drive a full size, stock height sedan and I am 6 yet can not reach the selection screen from my vehicle. Curb rashed my wheels (expensive fix) really bad attempting to purchase a car wash. For a business that is solely focused on vehicles this seems like a crazy thing to mess up and not correct. Car wash works great and the employees have always done a fine job.

$22 for full service which is basically the usual automated wash but you get out of your car so their team can vacuum your car. Staff were polite but the cleaning was not thorough. Why would I pay over double your competitors for service that is worse than what I could do with self service vacuums?

On 9 /12 at 8:20 I just payed 25 dollars for a deluxe car wash... I am SO disappointed. The amount of DIRT still left on my car is RRIDICULOUSYour car wash SUCKS!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN!! Whatever the cost of your new stuff was a complete waste of money!Very upset at the loss of money I used. I just spent another 10 bucks at LP mart and now my car is CLEAN

We have had the subscriptions for the last 3 years and have never had a problem. The car wash was renovated, and now there is spots left all over and the back is always dirty. Very disappointed.

The new renovated car wash is AWESOME.Its best to get the unlimited car wash package because you can have your car washed as many times you want.

They are an excellent place to get your car cleaned up. It is a bit pricey compared to doing it yourself, but the weighting here is do you have the time, materials and tools or would you rather pay someone else?Do not hesitate to inspect and have them wipe it down twice for water spots. But tip them, and they will remember.

Spent $20 for Best Exp. Unfortunately when I pulled out, the car was still dirty. Parking lot has many potholes.

Worst car wash Ive been to. Bought the best wash and it left the car dirty all over. Bugs still everywhere and car was still soaked after the dryers. Told the attendant and he gave me a free pass then came out and sprayed the drivers side with a pre wash from 10 feet away like that would help. Glad I tried before I bought the monthly pass. Try somewhere else if you want a clean car.

I tried this car wash, I selected one of their expensive premium car washes, but I must admit l probably should have went with a cheaper wash, because my car would have looked the same in the end. There was still places on the front that were still dirty, along with the top, around both rearview mirrors, front window, rear panels, especially the back panel & back bumper. My car looked liked a 7 year old tried to wash it. My windows contained streaks. Streaks from the dirty towels, wet towels used on the inside car windows. I know this, because I watch them, finish the car. This car wash needs to take some lessons from the Country Club Car Wash in OFallon. The OFallon location is the Amazing ;).

Good wash but the rail system you drive in can definitely ruin the left hub caps on a car. Unfortunately we learned that one the hard way. Rims and your fine.

Clean and everything works.

Poorly staffed and managed. Managers are on their phones as much as the kids. Yet if you call them, they NEVER answer. Youll get more attentive service from stoned Taco Bell employees. If you want to trust your luxury vehicle with them, thats on you. Just dont act surprised when it comes back with hairline scratches and water spots. Or that you cant get ahold of anyone to complain. Stick with self serve, or an auto wash.
