I came from out-of-town and Shay at the front desk was exceptionally professional and pleasant, so helpful. She was working on her own, yet was still able to handle the flow of clients so well. And having a little patience always makes the process go smoother:)

I had Cynthia P as my tech. She was wonderful. Kind, patient, caring, and listened to my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. If and when I need bloodwork done I will definitely return for her.

Went in to get somethings done for my job and The two young ladies that I encountered on my visit were extremely professional and efficient. They were absolutely great with adhering to sanitation procedures and guidelines. Thank you Ladies, the visit was quick and very efficient!

I made an appointment and came in at 9:30am. No wait at all! She was really fast as well. It took longer to get my coat off than it did to draw blood. I will be going here from now on. Everyone was very professional.

I get bloodwork every other week/month here and the workers are a delight to work with, my only peeve, however, is that for employment drug screens on Saturdays, they stop accepting at 11 a.m. This is no where listed on their site and it cost me a job. upset at the company, not the location, though.

Very fast service. No wait when i went it. Was clean with nice employees.

Closed for remodeling but didnt bother to notify patients who had standing appointments. Apparently my childs information was sent to another Lab Corp location, but they did not send the blood work order with it. A simple thing became a big headache.

No sign to locate facility. Took 30 minutes to locate. Get inside then 50 minute wait! Blood work not handeled propery so tests had to be redone. :(

Worker said they had a policy that you could use a hat on medical drug tests because they didn’t care about the temp but with any other drug test you had to.they waste your time argue with you and honestly don’t care

Dont even deserve a star let alone the energy it took to post this. No process, no order..Shut this place down on Saturday because you are paying people to do not work. Huge line; thats fine, but no urgency. I waited 45 minutes to get to the next step. Lady took my paperwork, began asking our loud, to her co-worker, Do you know your login for drug screens? She didnt. Neither of them knew how to login. They joked about it for another 5 minutes, then she disappeared. When she returned, she tells me the computers are down, and I need to go elsewhere. She actually tries to BS me, after publicly discussing with her associate, how neither of them know their logins to do their job, and then blames it on the computers. I mean thats the ideal job right? To do no work, get paid and waste someone elses time? Saturday is all I had; I work shift, and youre stupid hours are extremely inconvenient. I had prepared for this in every way and then had to drive across east Jesus to another lab corp; they sent me to SSM for blood work; its a urine drug screen - they couldnt do it there either! After a break down, nearly pissing myself and having to weave through traffic while chugging my weight I. water to make if before noon to yet ANOTHER LOCATION; I actually made it.What a waste. Id be embarrassed to either own, run or operate within this nightmare. Its also the second time I came in for a test and the computers are down. Which is labcorp speak for I dont know my job. For crying out loud.To anyone reading this, plan ahead at least a week and pray for a miracle. And dont ever go to the Wentzville location if you just want it done, period. If youre a sadist and enjoy the insanity, by all means...

They really need locations closer to franklin county

Very senseless having to wait 15 minutes just to drop off a specimen.

Incredibly incompetent, lost my test, refuses to return calls.
