Jimmy and the girls are absolutely AMAZING. we worked with Melissa and she brought so much knowledge and creativity to the table. Our home is absolutely beautiful and it’s large in part to JP3. When you come in to the house the kitchen just draws your attention and it flows through out that bathrooms and custom mud room. If your not considering JP3 you are making a huge mistake. Purchased our cabinets for home we built in 2019 and not only did they beat others prices, the quality of cabinets was top notch. The owner, Jim ans his office staff were awesome to work with as they were prompt with email and phone call replies, changes we made and just everything from design to installation was a breeze. I made a couple of visits to jp3 to get the perfect quartz countertops. They were so helpful and had lots of samples. I appreciated being able to take the samples home. I am now working with them for my bathroom remodel. Good company with good people.

EDIT: After seeing my review, they got in touch with me and explained that they sent the bid to the company who had referred me. However, I didn’t (and still don’t) yet have a contract with that company (which is why I gave JP3 my contact info), so I think that was an avoidable miscommunication. Nevertheless, I appreciate the follow up and clarification and am adding a star.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I took off early to make a special trip to the JP3 showroom, since they are only open weekdays till 5. The term showroom is a bit of an overstatement, as its really tiny and most of the showing is just small samples, but it is what it is and I spent about 45 minutes talking options with the sales people there. My husband and I were the only ones there. I asked them for a custom quote for two bathroom vanities, and she said she could work something up and send it to me. I gave my email address and phone number. (We double checked that both forms of contact were accurate, by the way.) That was well over a month ago, and I havent heard a peep. No calls, no voicemails, no emails, nothing in my spam folder. They ghosted me. I will take my business somewhere else.
