Got an immediate reply when I texted which was recommended on the voicemail. We scheduled an appointment within 48 hours of the first contact which was great because it was our refrigerator that was going out. Unfortunately we got bad news but it was excellent customer service, super nice gentleman, and I just love the attentiveness for the issue we were having. When others tried to schedule us a week out, appliance repair reacted immediately which was amazing. Will definitely use him for all of our appliances, since he takes care of pretty much any appliance.

Second time Ive had them out, once for the washer and another for the dryer. Always professional and priced fairly. I have a feeling the fridge is going to be next.

Our dishwasher is 14 yrs. old. We have a home warranty. The dishwasher was not finishing its cycle due to the electronic switch under the door handle was not sending the signal to the memory board that the door was closed. I know this because I unscrewed the 10 screws on the door to see the switch to see if I could get it to stop beeping due to us having Christmas at our house with this annoying every 5 second beep. I looked at it and figured it out it was the switch. If you pressed on it a certain way, it would start running even when I had the door open. He comes out and my husband is at the house, he calls me and the guy is asking me if there is power to the dishwasher??? He didnt even pull it out to look. I explain the situation and he writes to the warranty company that it was not due to normal wear and tear, it was due to me taking the screws out and the door and unplugging the board. The warranty company is now not wanting to cover the replacement of the discontinued 14 yr. old dishwasher due to his report. I am having a second opinion and will not have this company out for any further repairs I may need.

Quick. Friendly. Thorough. Prompt. Fair.Tim was quick in responding to my request for service. When all the other repair companies told me they couldn’t see me until the next day, Tim showed up a few hours later. He was prompt in getting to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem for my Kenmore refrigerator, and had a simple solution. My refrigerator needed a new seal for the freezer section. He had to order the part which meant he couldn’t finish the job that day. However, he kept me updated on the part’s status then scheduled a follow up appointment to finish the job. When the seal arrived, he was prompt on returning to finish the job. He did a thorough job and fixed other minor problems related to the main issue. During both visits Tim was friendly, personable, and efficient. His price was more than fair and exactly what he quoted me from the very beginning. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to my friends.

I have a 13 year old Kenmore Series 800 dryer that stopped working. Starting looking to replace it and got sticker shock. Contacted Tim at Appliance Repair Time and he was able to order the parts and complete the repairs for around $200. As Tim was performing the repairs I happened to mention that I was getting married in 55 days. To my surprise, Tim gave me a $20 discount and labeled it as a Wedding Discount on the receipt. Tim was friendly, professional and showed up exactly on time while practicing Social Distancing. I would definitely hire Tim again and will suggest him to others if asked if I know of a good Appliance Repair Technician.

I contacted Tim to take a look at an under counter free standing ice maker. At no time did he mention or give me any indication that this particular appliance may be beyond his abilities. I left him alone so he could get to work. He lets me know that the pump is the issue. The part and labor total was $335. The only problem is the ice maker still is not operational. I call Tim to let him know.....we go through the same procedure and he lets me know that the mother board is also bad.......$200 more dollars (which puts me well over $500) and another week to wait on this bad part. A day goes by, the ice maker is still not working, not doing one thing different than it was when I originally called Tim. I gave Tim a call to let him know its still not working. He informed me that this might be above his skill level.....huh?? Wouldnt you have known that before wasting my $500. He told me I would need to find someone else. Im literally at a loss for words. So....let me get this straight.....youre saying 3 important parts all became faulty at the exact same time.....very unlikely. What is more likely, he had no idea what was wrong and just decided to change out the most expensive parts and cross his fingers. With that said, i would not recommend these services to anyone and its not necessarily the fact that my ice maker is still not working, its more about how he just dismissed his responsibility level and offered no solution. Heres a tip for Tim, if you cant handle a repair call, be upfront with the customer before you burn through their hard earned money. Completely unacceptable. To respond to Tim’s comment. He told me the age of the ice maker but both agreed it was in good shape and a repair would make more sense than spending $2500 on a new machine. With that said, I called another company, and for less than $100 the machine has been fixed and is running perfectly. The other repairman tested the “bad” mother board that was removed by Tim and it was fine. (Tim made the mistake of leaving the mother board he removed, so we tested it to see if that was the problem at all, it wasn’t) unfortunately Tim took the “bad” pump with him so I have no way to check to see if that part was actually bad.I would like to make a side note, I’m over 50 years old and this is exactly the 2nd time in my life I’ve decided to write a review. I wrote one about 5 years ago and this one. I only take the time to do this if I feel it would benefit consumers down the road and try to keep them from going through what I did.

He misdiagnosed my appliance 2X, already has cost me in time, & parts & labor what a new appliance would cost. My unit is still broken. Wants to get paid regardless of whether the appliance works when he’s done or not.
