I manage a three story home on Lake Chelan located on a very steep lot which desperately needed not only the windows cleaned inside and out, but skylights as well. This is the first time Ive ever used a window cleaning service. I chose to call Brandon because I wanted to support a veteran and his family with my business.I decided to have my windows cleaned (both inside and out) and the screens cleaned/conditioned. Brandon arrived on time, was very pleasant, and worked until the job was finished without a break.My expectations of Brandons work were exceeded beyond my wildest imagination. First of all....ladies...HE BRUSHES DOWN AND VACUUMS THE INSIDE WINDOW TRACKS!!! I had already hurriedly done this before he arrived as I didnt want him to think I was a slob!!! I didnt wash the windows before he arrived though as I figured that might be going too far!! My windows now sparkle and hard water stains were completely removed. He also cleaned and conditioned my screens to look brand new!Brandon will get my business from this day forward.
