Lets all be honest, its not news that WM has always sucked, and unfortunately will probably always suck.Charging me fees for my lid not being completely closed on my trash can, finally motivated me to come give a one star. wish i could go negative.also, they wont allow you to not have a recycling can, despite the fact that they both go to the same place. nah, i aint gonna sort trash for you, so you can put it in the same hole.

I’ve been using the transfer station for 20 years. The service is much improved. It used to feel like they tried to find as many reasons as they could to reject a load. I use my 4 free dumps for yard waste as a city resident but only for branches and clippings. Regular loads are usually not a problem but I’ve learned what to take and what not to take.

Employees are not consistent with their policy of “3 free dumps” for Chelan County residents per year. I receive a different explanation of what is “qualified” as a free dump each time I go here. I understand it’s not suppose to be used for “construction material” waste, but when my 6 foot utility trailer has a wooden bookshelf, old vacuum, small piece of lattice and a hose reel; I hardly qualify that as construction material... I do not have a problem paying for dumps if such items could be actually used as constructing something, but their lack of clarity and consistency is frustrating.

Weighed in, dumped my trailer and weighed out.Very good experience.No waiting on a Thursday morning. It was easy.

They are so slow at moving people through and showing were to parkIt was 9 am about when we arrived and it took1 and a half hours for 4 vehicles to unload there trashWe unloaded our whole trailer in about 5 mins

Never a bad experience and the staff is always helpful and courteous.

Cost to much money. $51.50 for four patio chairs, and six bags of leaves.

Cleaning up my property and have taken over 2 tons of accumulated stuff over 25 years of living here to the transfer station and have had a good experience each time I go in. Costly? Not bad considering if each load was spread out over the years...dirt cheap. Wish County customers could have a free dump once in a while though.

I am only give this a one review for my experience just now. I have dealt with the transfer station a massive amount of time for the last ten years. If your website says five closing on a Friday when I get there at 352 and have someone tell me sorry we are taking no more dumps and points to a sign that says last dump 345 closing time 4. I would not have tried to dump.

I agree with Flint. Sure would be nice to update the website with the correct hours. I did call on the phone and found that the correct closing time was given. In the future I will call and not trust the website. I just noticed the days of the week that the transfer station are open are not correct. To my knowledge they are closed Sunday and Monday!

The transfer station was close two hours before its posted 5:00pm closing. Total BS!!!

Free is good, being a city resident (unlike my neighbors one door down) I get 4 dumps a year. Cant go wrong with free dumps.

Quick and easy. The lady that helped me was really nice and I dumped everything out, left and paid.

After years of bad services we went in today and had the best experience by the male person’s working. May 20.

Always rude and has jacked hours. To bad this monopoly exists in Wenatchee.

Despite what other reviews say, staff is extremely helpful. A bit pricey but you should have to pay for filling landfills so I cannot complain.

Limiting residential customers on their free dumps is bs. Took a load in my truck that a few years ago with the previous attendant would have been free no problem but this gal working claimed my load wasnt qualifying as free and charged me $48+. Was given the excuse that the last gal was to relaxed on rules and letting contractors dump for free. I was not a contractor obviously. Customer service needs a tone adjustment, very abraisive.

Web site says that they close at 5. Drove down from Leavenworth and arrived at 4:30. They were closed. They put a sign on the gate that says closed at 4. The attendant tells me that they close at 4 now but didnt bother to change it on the website. This is what happens when competitors are not allowed.

Lady at the scale was extremely rude... just because I had a truck she claimed I was a contractor and didn’t want to give the free dump for city limit customers. Then I showed the ID and she said because it has different address for mailing that I still could not get free dump. The bill is in my name... I live in the residence and if I Choose not to have same address on ID.. should not bar me from the dump. Ridiculous! Horrible customer service with that attitude she had. Wish there where other places closer to dump

Please for the love of all our sanity post your hours in an easy to locate place.

I took a trailer load to the station on a Saturday (not a holiday weekend) arriving at 2:00 PM only to find it closed. The sign on the gate states that the last load of the day must be prior to 4:00. Now my load has been subject to the rain which will cost considerably more in weight and their availability is not until the next Tuesday.

Ive been waiting for five days for The Waste Management to give us their regular services. The last two times I talked to customer services and they got my garbage on Monday today and I just found out that they moved my schedule on Thrusday and I dont know if any management is working for customer complaints because Ive been complained to them since last week and requesting to pick up my garbage and now they have move my regular services on Thrusday.

Garbage wasnt picked up on Wednesday and they cant pick it up until Monday after 3 phone calls....the customer service is horrible.
