Omar (the technician and owner of the business) kept our television days longer than he promised, only finishing after many calls to him. Two weeks later, the exact same thing happen with our TV. So, after giving him a couple of hundred dollars for the so called repair, we are off to buy a new one, Which we probably should have done in the first place. Also, he is difficult to communicate with due to his heavy accent.

Well I did take my tv to him after reading those reviews ant let me tell you he was very kind and he did resolve my problem in the same day
