This is a very warm and friendly dentist office. Dr. Broc was my dentist. I had a lot of work done last week. This is the first time in all of my long history of dental work i received injections without feeling it. The work was done comfortably. And, my teeth look great! I cant remember his assistants name but she is great! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I have a fear of dentist from childhood. I went in with high anxiety but was met with kind staff and a calming atmosphere. The staff was amazing. My visit was quick and without pain or anxiety. My dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough, a great experience. Dr. Tyler Gundersen has a very good chair side manner and hes very knowledgeable. Ive been a patient there since he took over the practice from Dr. Talbot and Ive been very happy with the care Ive received.

Excellence in the staff from front office all the way through. Compassionate, efficient, friendly service from all. If your appointment is at X time you are in the chair within 3-5 min tops on either side of that time. All the staff is very knowledgeable as well, and they listen!!I would not think of going anywhere else period.

Gunderson Dental was referred to us by my dentures, Dr. Dickson, for an evaluation of poor dentures received from Aspen Dental. My husband saw them as did I most recently by my husband for a cleaning of his remaining teeth. We have found our forever home of dental care for him. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and prompt in every aspect.

We hadnt been to the dentist in 24 months following a move to Chelan County and of course Covid for the last half of that; used to going every 6 months. Now vaccinated, we set up dental appointments; my wife and I had appointments on the same day/time. And of course we shared notes following the appointments. I found this Dentist God many moons ago and have moved back and forth from the coast - even from another state, I wouldnt allow anyone, any other Dentist to touch me. Amazing bedside manner, amazing staff (who all make it a great experience) who all know I am deathly afraid of any and all Dentist like a lot of folks - BUT Gunderson knows and understands how to treat patients with extreme fear of the Dentist(s). I have dental phobia and it had been ten years since my last appointment with a different dentist. I had terrible tooth pain over the weekend and i called everywhere.. I even tried to do a walk in at aspen dental but they werent able to help me.. Dr Gundersen squeezed me in to their schedule to do an abroach that very day to completely get rid of the pain, and scheduled a route canal for the next day. That route canal ended up being easier and more pain free than other simple routine fillings i have had at other dentists.. Im excited to get back in there on a consistent basis to ensure my teeth stay healthy... They helped me to completely get over any fear of going to the dentist. Also.. The two dental hygenists that helped me couldnt have done a better job to put me at ease. Everyone there was awesome!

I have recently had 2 fillings and an exam done. The filling were done quickly, efficiently and I really like the staff.I have had a number fillings and crowns before and at my last dentist they used a full latex surround that isolated the tooth completely. I like that method a bit better since I dont get quite as much urge to gag. So, I gave a 4 star for the reason that the process with Dr. Gunderson was a bit more uncomfortable (for me) than some of my previous fillings.That being said, I would definitely recommend them and will return.

I had to have a small filling done today. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Dr Gunderson worked quickly and except for the pinch of pain with the numbing shot, I had no pain. I have never had to wait for a cleaning and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The front desk people are polite and accommodating. No one “likes” to go to the dentist but if you have to, Gunderson Dental is the place to go.
