These folks gave me 2 brand new booster seats when I was broke and in need. It was bang bang, very quick and simple. They were nice. Im not religious, they didnt ask. Didnt preach. They just helped. I did find a gal in the back office, some sort of leadership role, a bit presumptive and a tad condescendent. But whatever. Thank you Serve Wenatchee for the service you provide and for helping me and my children especially when we were in need.

Great services, they identify what your needs are, great resources and a great service to our citizens.

Serve Wenatchee is a wonderful place the people there are so nice and they help you with food and help you pay your utility bills if you get a little behind they wont pay them all but theyll pay some it helps they give food and non Food Bank almost every day of the week and theyll even pray for you one of the best places Ive ever known

Community oriented basic needs met my expectations.

Had some winter coats to donate.They were closing for a Chistmas break. Advised us to go to the LDS Church on 5th and Western to donate. So we did.

This place is a mess. Tried for over two months to get the furniture I needed to my apartment, but they never showed when they were supposed to. The place seems so disorganized and messages dont get to an employee. If you need help, DONT waste your time at Serve Wenatchee.
