Very unprofessional, never returns calls. They never communicate with the clients and messed up the marker and had to redo it.. it took several months to get a marker done.. Would NEVER use them again.

We purchased my fathers stone from them and were very happy. We ordered my mothers stone when she passed in November 2019 and it is beautiful ---- BUT --- they left her date of death off the stone. Now I am having trouble getting them to respond to fix this.

From 2017 to 2019 I tried to get them to make and install headstones for my parents. After them saying over and over they would make the stones I called dozens of times without call backs. They said they would do it, but said they were having trouble getting the stone, they apologized but eventually just stopped responding. I had to start over with another company and my parents graves were unmarked for years. Very frustrating because they had designed the stones and we both spent a lot of time on it.
