It would be nice to get a call from the post master since once again my packages were not delivered to my house!!! And you can’t even leave a voice mail because her voice mailbox is full!!! How hard is it to deliver packages properly my number is on my house facing the street!!!!

Friendly and efficient service. I’ve been here a good handful of times the past few weeks due to needing to mail merchandise from my Etsy shop. The attendants have always been kind and helpful. I use the QR option for my packages and they have never fussed about it. They even helped me figure out packaging for a larger order in the past. They’re a great team.

I am not even going to bother sharing my multiple horrible experiences with this post office. Anyone can read these reviews so many poor experiences rated one star with very few positive reviews. I find it amazing that a post office can continually recieve this horrible downright awful feedback from customers and still have made no changes

They don’t answer the phone. Ever. You can call 500 times and they will never ever ever answer the phone. Also, I cancelled a mail hold and 2 days later they are still holding my mail. USPS Wenatchee is a joke.

Absolutely the worst service here. Our last pickup in this whole town is 4pm on weekdays, who knows what is going on? I got more mail for my neighbors than my own my mail. And I sent 5 items including a package for my neighbors in the last last two days, and my mothers day gift is confirmed to be somewhere else as it is not here. Too bad this govt agency has no clue how to do their job!

Sometimes Great, other times horrible. Price Hikes and inconsistant deliveries when you pay for express shipping/2day or over night. Am shift is the best time to go

I dropped a package off at a blue USPS box with a tracking number and it still has not processed. I dropped it off at 4 PM and two days later (not counting the weekend) it is not in the system. So frustrated.

Yeah theyre pretty bad. They stole a package of mine around Christmas time and is trying to tell a seller on Etsy I dont live where I live. Please correct yourself and leave the seller on Etsy alone. Ive tried not to make a complaint to see if they do the right thing but they havent. So, I will be filing a complaint.

Showed up for my infants passport appointment exactly 5 minutes late due to her having a blow-out in the car. We rang the bell to be attended and waited a couple minutes before ringing it again. It took the guy a total of 6 minutes to answer the door after the first ring. When he did open the door he already had an irritated look and all he said was What?. After saying that we had an appointment the only thing he said was that the cutoff for the appointment is 5 minutes after the appointment time and we were 11 minutes late. We told him that we had been waiting 6 minutes to be attended and he said that we were wrong because it had only been 3 minutes since we rang the bell. We told him we rang it twice, but all he said before closing the door was that we had to reschedule because all their appointments are full everyday. I looked at their schedule for the whole week and it is far from full. Also no one came after us for an appointment because I stayed to mail something and waited another 10 minutes in line and no one went to the passport door. The other employee at the check out line for mailing was great, but Ill be going elsewhere for a passport appointment if the employee that is going to do that is extremely discourteous and dishonest.

Im a really big fan of the USPS and the heroes who work here. I drop packages off at this particular location almost everyday and the workers are always very friendly and greet me with a smile! (you can still tell theyre smiling even with the masks!) Thank you USPS workers!!

If I could give less stars I would. They dont answer there phones and there voice mail is full. Carriers are disrespectful and rude. Ive seen my mail carrier chewing tobacco and he has yelled at me unprovoked. Ive filled complaints and it goes no where and makes my experience worse. Ive received many broken items in my packages and my packages are nearly always damaged. Ive has mail go missing sent to me and sent out.

I called serveral times to get a busy tone, pretty sure a business line isnt an hour gossip line then when it finally rang no one answered and their voicemail is full. Super professional look loke BBB needs be called.

Lazy, lackadaisical attitude. Impossible to get a package on time, they choose when they WANT to deliver your mail. Instead of delivering your mail to you on time as it is supposed to be.

I think when youre rude or impolite to people then you get it back. You are right,in a way, they do have a position where they deal with the public,,, A LOT. We dont know why people act in a negative way, having said that, your comments are also rude and mean. Its not our place to judge other people. They have always been kind and helpful to me. Just saying!

Ive lived throughout the United States and I have been pleasantly surprised by the Post Office here in Wenatchee. They had 2 people helping, the line moved through well enough, and the employees I have dealt with have all been extremely friendly. Far better than NYC, Baltimore, etc ... perhaps less so than smaller towns, but that is to be expected.

Literally delivered multiple packages and pieces of bank mail to the wrong address and then wouldn’t do anything about it. Completely wild.

The sorting department at the Wenatchee Post Office is returning mail to smaller towns all around, returning properly addressed mail to good out-of-town addresses as Not Deliverable as Addressed. The return rate is now at about 2% per hundred envelopes! Why the sudden incompetence (of the past two weeks) in Wenatchee?

Everyone there is always friendly and very helpful. Even when theyre super busy and probably overwhelmed they dont let that show and always provide great customer service with a smile on their face.

USPS Wenatchee wouldnt deliver an Amazon Prime package because it was over-sized. I assume USPS knew it was over-sized when they accepted it, but were perfectly happy to tell me I had to come stand in line to fetch it at the Post Office instead of leaving it at the front door.. This is NOT why I am paying for Amazon Prime delivery. Amazon needs to have a way to sanction whomever is contracted to deliver their packages if they dont perform.

I’ve consistently had good service and gotten all I needed. Even when the line is long it seems to move faster than other post offices or mailing stores I’ve been in.

The customer service on site is decent. The postal carrier in my area has delivered my neighbors mail to me and mail from two streets over. They never knock when delivering a package and knock over my trash cans on trash pickup days.

This is the Third time Ive had to deal with mail being delivered to the wrong place now packages are missing. And forget about calling them. Ive called 32 times and no one picks up. How do I get them to resolve their mess up??

Poor customer service. Have attempted to call main line Twice. Waited 45 min before magical the call was ended. They lost my package since Wednesday and haven’t call me back like they said they would..

I had a Christmas package for my son that arrived at the Wenatchee post office December 4th. It came all the way from China just fine. It said on my tracking that it arrived and was waiting to be scanned. I stopped by the post office a week later, and they said they can’t find my package, but had a picture of the package. Now it’s Christmas, and my son will probably never get his gift. I am thinking they saw that it was LEGOs and took it home with them.

Im a little sad . Because I sent 3 packages of Cheries and they never arrived, then we sent another one and they arrived 2 weeks later, all of them rotten yet they delivered them, they had better not delivered them and I went to claim they told me they are not responsible nor did they return my money. therefore I do not recommend them to anyone, because or I want the same thing to happen to me.

Wait times arent too long, maybe five to seven minutes at peak traffic times (usually between 3pm til closing). And Ive also sent many packages and havent an issue so far. Only complaint is they close at 5pm which makes it difficult sometimes to drop off a package and get a confirmation receipt. Other than that, top notch service!

Not only did they fail to deliver a priority package yesterday despite tracking saying they had. This morning they delivered it and left it on top of the mailbox. Another order also arrived today and it was ripped open to where the contents could have easily been removed or fallen out. Luckily none of the contents were missing however it never should have arrived in that condition.

Had a tracking device on a parcel. It was waiting 3 days in Wenatchee PO before it was delivered. Now have a DVD from the library been sitting there from Thursday thru to Monday-wish Id picked it up from the library-they are a mile apart and a mile from me...

Would have gave it zero stars! The old women there was extra rude, probably because my mom didnt speak perfect English. Also, of you are working with the public, learn proper customer service.

My package was left at another house, once they tracked it they couldn’t get my package back. They told me “they must of really liked what your order because they won’t give it back we’ve tried multiple times” so mad because after 7 days they didn’t even bother on calling me when they had said they would. Went to the post office 3 times to see what was going on and nothing!😡

Had an amazon package delivered with confirmation on a Saturday, checked the box, no package. Tried calling 3 times no answer only to get a message saying the inbox was full. Thus far not impressed. (Will change review if theres an improvement.)

Let me save you a headache and just tell you all to go to FedEx or UPS. Dont use this place unless you absolutely have to. Customer service is pathetic, the lines are awful and sometimes the way you prepare your package doesnt meet their standards so you have to wait in line again for 20 or 30 minutes.

Absolutely the worst, got a letter but the postman said I wasnt home to sign for it even though I saw him drive up and put mail in my box. Today they said they delivered my package, but its not here and Ive been home all day.

Calling Customer Service Supervisor Desk is a joke. I have called 6 or 7 times in the last week, calling at different times of day, trying to get thru to a live person. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I left several messages with my phone#. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!!! I have been trying since December 14th to find out what happened to a Christmas gift that a Post Office Clerk said was delivered to the wrong address. Another Christmas present has been In Transit since Dec. 11th but they cant tell me where it is. So much for tracking #s!! Im out $70 right now because the USPS cant get pkgs. delivered!! It takes 3-4 days to travel to the moon but the USPS cant get anything delivered on time or even tell you where your package is!!!! WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??

I’d been waiting for a package from Amazon that was to be delivered on Sunday. I received a text from USPS that said my package was delivered on my porch. I was home and apparently they gave my package to someone else because it NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!

Second time ordering a package and the second time it was automatically.returned to sender after one attempt despite people being in the office. Waited on hold for 1.5hrs with main line. When I finally got through to someone her response was that a supervisor would call me back within 48 hours. Complete waste of time.

They lost my package with over a $100 in it, I tried to receive a tracking number later since the receipt they gave didn’t have one and did not receive one.

Went above and beyond to help us locate a piece of express mail that was very important to us and saved us a tremendous hassle. Thanks so much.

So I was getting a package on Saturday never showed up the tracking number said it went out for delivery but never made it to my house till Monday afternoon. When I got my boxes one was empty and the other had half of what was going to be shipped now I hade two packages from two different places and both of them were broken into and my stuff was stolen by someone who works for the Wenatchee post office Im making a police report and I hope they get the scum bag who is ripping off our mail.. worst experience of my life and Im out 160 bucks I will never use there services again.

HORRIBLE & Disrespectful - Big RED marker was put on my wedding invites. Specifically took them inside the post office so they would be cared for, by hand. Apparently this is what you get from the Wenatchee Post Office ---this is their version of “hand cancelled” BEWARE!!!

Not impressed, went to ship 2 movies this am & gal accused me of using prority boxes under my craft packaging. Said she can feel which box it is w/o opening it. Told me I’d have to pay $7 each rather than the no PM box cost of under $3 each. The USPS site even states “ If a FRB is presented at the office of mailing and the customer has manipulated or reconstructed it, the container is accepted using weight and zone — not the Flat Rate price. A customer is not required to repackage an item unless the contents are fragile and would be at risk of damage during processing and transit.” Had to repackage my items in newly purchased packaging and attempt shipping for the second time in one day. Annoying.

Horrible. I ordered something and it was delivered by UPS to the post office in just a couple days, to be handed over to USPS for delivery. It sat at the post office for nine days before being delivered. I’m just glad I didn’t wait until last minute to place my order or it would’ve definitely been late. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

Another package left at another house, this mailman really dont know his job...Hopefully I can track it down and find it.. More time I have tp spend on the post office, aand course you cant call and talk to someone :(

If you make an effort to be a decent human being and not such a spoiled rotten lot, the people in customer service at the Wenatchee post office are awesome. Id rather get backed up in line or in traffic than suffer the horrors of an 88% markup and the rudeness you get at Pak-It-Rite! (when two of the three words in a business name is spelled wrong, you know it cant be good. Or its run by an 80s hair band that didnt make it big:-)

Horrible experience!!! We moved from Wenatchee to Michigan over a month ago and we still have not received our mail that was on hold at this post office!! We asked for our mail to be put on hold since we didnt have a forwarding address yet. As soon as we had the new address in Michigan, we submitted a change of address request online and even called the Wenatchee post office just to make sure everything went ok. They said everything looked ok and we should start receiving our mail shortly after. We started receiving the forwarded mail just fine but we never got packages and letters that where being held at the post office. I have called sooooooo many times trying to locate my missing packages but they either dont answer the phone or just tell me that they will look into it and they will give me a call back...which they NEVER do!!! The only time I thought I was getting somewhere, they left me a voice mail saying that it was my fault I wasnt receiving my mail because we had not submitted a hanger of address online. I heard that message while holding TWO confirmation letters from the USPS about our change of address!!! They just lie and past the blame around but NOTHING gets resolved!! The last time I called I spoke to a lady, proved to her that i had missing packages by the tracking number and she appears to be helping. I hope she does help me but I cant help but be skeptical because its been over a month!! I called the 1800 number for the USPS and they just tell me to call the Wenatchee post office and that they submitted a ticket to consumers affairs. Im so frustrated and upset!!

Maybe the rules have changed, it use to be it if fits is ships in a US Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. I took in a package that was prepaid and slightly, and I mean very very slightly bulging, and very well packed. My seams were touching, not gaps in the cardboad. There was a man in back of me, in the same situation, package slightly full, but no way extremely distorted. Well the older gentleman behind the counter asked if any one was picking up or dropping off, and I was next and said I was dropping off. He came out from the back postal area, and took my package. Then very sternly and quite loudly, told me my package was way over packed. And that if there is even a very slight bulge, it doesnt fit and it wont ship. Well..fine..okay then..but it was soo soo embarrassing how I was approached and scolded like a 2 year old in front of many customers. This is a first, usually everyone has been very helpful a that post office.

Got my package on the 11th. I needed it by today. They havent physically scanned it. Theyve kept a package there for 4 days. 4. Are you kidding me?

I had a signature confirmation package to be delivered. Ended up with a notice in my mailbox, with a note on tracking saying No secure location available. I paid for signature confirmation and you cant even go to my front door. This is worse than the old location. Would give zero stars if I could, the so-called service from these people is ridiculous.

Package was delivered surepost. Ups transferred to USPS, attempted to call with no luck getting anyone on the line. Arrived to the office, waited 20 minutes in line only to find out that they checked in my package but have no idea where its at...

Poor traffic flow off street constantly backs up traffic. They rarely have priority flats rate boxes available in all sizes, dont stock the priority envelops.

What was once a huge post office serving the area is now a small packed, rushed, hectic post office. I liked what and where it was before.

Post office doesn’t answer phone. Distribution center has a system to leave a voice mail but it is not set up. 800 number has a “30 to 40 minute wait” but they appreciate my business. What a joke.

Unable to fit a package into a cluster box package bin, the carrier smashed the package in so hard that it completely and heavily smashed one end of the package. Electronics item. Too darn lazy to drop it at the house 100 yards away.
