Never had a problem with any of the work that Ive had done here. Ive had Kelly service my lawn mowers, snowblower, weed eater, generator, and sickle bar mower. He does great work for a reasonable price. I wouldnt take my small engine tools anywhere else.

They do very good work on small engines when theyre open.

I took the carburetor and diaphragm down to Melchers shop so they could compare it to what I need I handed the parts to the gal behind the desk who took it to Melcher himself the owner !!!she didn’t even get a chance to ask or show him what I needed before he said NOPE!!!!!😡and shut The gal behind the desk down immediately.. I stood there with my jaw open going wow I can’t believe this is how they treat a new customers and their employees As they recommended I go somewhere else I was thrown back and shocked that they would turn A new customer like that I would highly recommend going somewhere else because that’s what they told me and they will probably tell you

Took in my mower to sharpen the blade was able to pick up the next day. Quick turn around.

The Tech was very unprofessional when I asked an easy to understand question about a part. I had already asked twice what I was wanting which should be easily understood by any engine Tech and I was asked again the third time which was strange. As I recall when I thought it was strange to have to mention it again, as if he or they werent listening, he let loose with the word A**. I found a much more professional place later.
