Best Place in Wenatchee to have your Firearm shipped or otherwise do an FFL transfer. They were very friendly and happy to take the time to go over all the paperwork with me unlike other FFL dealers in Wenatchee. Stan’s, Hooked on toys, etc.. they also called me to come and do the paperwork on my pistol about 15 minutes after UPS had dropped it off to their shop, very fast timing. Stan’s took almost a week to get my last gun from their shipping department to their sales counter so I could pick it up!!! overall outstanding customer service at Barnhart’s 5 stars all the way!

Owner and employee looked at what I had to sell gold and silver the owner offered me spot for my silver, of which was very collectible. But when I was offered 20$ a gram for 14k gold a full 15$ under spot I declined. I said that the gold sale would not work for me and I would like to keep the gold. The owner thus put up a little temper tantrum and pushed my silver back at me no longer willing to buy it off myself, due to not being able to scam my gold off me. Take great care of knowing what your gold and silver is worth before entering this shop.

Went in to do a little horse trading with silver for gold. Mike was extremely fair and I feel we both got a good deal. Ended up also with a very nice Citizen Eco-Drive watch. They also have some very nice and competitively priced jewelry. I would highly recommend this establishment for anything to do with jewelry or selling/buying precious metals.

I would highly recommend Barnhart Jewelers. The service was excellent. I am not that knowledgeable about diamonds, but Mr. Barnhart took the time to explain the various aspects to me as well as showing and explaining to me the grading charts. He also allowed me to look under his microscope at various cuts and types of diamonds I was interested in and pointed out the differences. I found the perfect ring at an extremely affordable price and was given a Certificate of Appraisal. I think you will be happy if you choose Barnhart for you jewelry needs.

I had a horrible experience here. The worst customer service ever.I asked about some guns just curious if he had any in my price range and he demanded to see my Id. I asked him if that was really necessary to get some answers for my inquiry. I wasnt asking to hold any guns, I just wanted to make sure not to waste his time if he didnt have any in my price range. He then asked me to leave after I asked him why he needed my Id to answer my question.Do not shop here

We closing a deal for 300 dollars on a Colombian emerald and we asked where His emeralds (the ones he sells) comes from and he said he didnt know then he asked us not to come back. Sorry for asking. The best quality emeralds comes from Colombia. We are still selling the emerald.

Very quick and professional at doing legal firearms transfers. Very reasonable as well, and seem happy and pleased to do it (unlike other establishments in town who seem annoyed at doing transfers, and charge significantly more).

Extremely rude man! Treated me very poorly. Accused me of trying to steal from him and belittled me for not knowing the names of a few of my grandmothers watches that were stolen from my vehicle. Didnt take anytime to hear what happened. He didnt care. Then made more rude comments about me as I was leaving because he made me cry.

I went in to look for a ring and saw my grandmas ring which we thought had been stolen. When I asked him about it and told him it belonged to me, Mike Barnhart became agitated and asked me to leave. I even offered to buy it just to get it back into the family at that point. Now that he is aware the ring might have been stolen, I believe he has not been ethical about it, one would have to wonder how many other items and situations he has been unethical about. It is my opinion that he is not a reputable dealer and cannot be trusted.

Went to the pawnshop today and was about to ask some questions about his inventory to one of his employees and he jumped up out of his seat and asked me to repark my truck because he was getting busy (there was only me and one other customer in his shop and I was about 2” in the neighboring parking stall) no one was parked to any of the stall it front, so I said I would just head out, he said “ok don’t come back”. Horrible customer service, surprising he is still in business.
